moofasa Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 I always liked that Royal Rumble promo/intro they did a few years ago in the style of West Side story where the Raw and Smackdown rosters were dressed as the Jets and Sharks.  I remember Triple H gettting into a right huff about it too because the faces and heels from both Raw and Smackdown were shown together as allies, which was a joke because:  A) the Heels and Faces from both brands had teamed up to take on the opposing brands heel/face wrestlers several times around this time.  B) Triple HHH always insisted he did nothing wrong during the curtain call incident despite breaking kayfabe and shaking hands with his onscreen "enemies" Shawn Michaels and Kevin Nash.  Even more reason to love it!  You like this. The whole things a joke. Benoit, Guerrerro, JBL etc. in wigs belting out show tunes does not get me hyped for a PPV. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
