RancidPunx
Righto. Â Boss approached me today and said he might ask me to sit in on an interview next week. Never been the interviewer before. Â The boss said just the general questions are fine but he did encourage me to throw a curve ball question that would display if the person has a analytical problem solving type mind. Â Anybody think of any good questions that i might ask?

fye
To be serious and boring, with all due respect it doesnt sound very organised if your gaffer is just throwing you in at the deep end without experience or knowledge and nothing to follow on paper. It is the interviewer's job to get the best out of the interviewee, your boss doesnt understand that with his curve ball approach. If you want to know the person is analytical ask them a question about it that should deliver a response to display analytical behaviour, if it doesnt theyre not right for the role, no curve balls needed
