The People's Elbow, it's a daft looking thing but everybody goes mental for it.The Spear deserves a mention. It was so effective, plenty of wrestlers have nicked it after Big Bill made it a money move (similar to Jake's DDT). Goldberg hitting that Spear in 1998 was something special.

The Tombstone.Kurt's ankle-lock is another. Although he's devalued it over the years, the second he grabs the ankle, the crowd reaction usually goes up a notch or two. Also, and context is massively important here, 911's chokeslam. For the crowd it was playing to, it was perfect.

Very true with the Mania match between Angle and HBK.

Absolutely. You knew as soon as he hit that spinebuster the crowd facing the hardcam would be screaming on their feet, waiting for that elbow pad. Super over move. From a logical point of view it's a rotten move (I bet Dexter loathes the move), and must mean Rocky's spinebuster is one of the most devestating moves of all time, but since when has wrestling always had to be about logic? It gets POP
