Its the same as last year guys, one a day until the top 3 who will be announced together.

I would point out a lot of people probably didn't think Whiplash wasn't eligible as he didn't move to Scotland until about halfway through the year, I was going to point out he was eligible but thought that might show bias.. Most likely more people will vote for him in the 2012 poll.

I was surprised Renfrew finished in 20th, he was fighting it out for the top 15 until the last few votes.

Personal Highlight of 2011-BCW: When Powers Colide

Davey Blaze has had a great year in ICW, BCW and PBW. in BCW as part of the Aggression stable Blaze took on WWE and WCW Legend Kevin Nash. Also this year in ICW he became one of the most over wrestlers in the company as part of the Bucky Boys with Stevie (Xavier) Boy as a pair of Neds led by the Wee Man. They don't even have to enter the ring before the shout of "Here we, Here we, Here we f**king go" starts to echo around the arena.

Personal Lowlight of 2011- Ouch

When I asked Davey Blaze about this, all he could think of was injuring his back at ICW Fear and Loathing 4 when he slipped during a match. This is a sign of what a good year Blaze has had.

Aye, he has been very good in both The Aggression and The Bucky Boys this year. The Bucky Boys really have made an impression in their absolutely tremendous fued with STI which is still going on. I think he's more suited to his BCW role myself, but he's still been excellent.

Highlight of 2011-King of Cruisers

Stevie Xaviers career in BCW and ICW has mirrored that of Davey Blaze in many respects, member of the Agression and Bucky Boys, tearing it up in both and wrestling Kevin Nash, but in PBW Xavier won the annual King of Cruisers match at PBW where her beat stars of the British Scene including El Ligero and Zack Sabre Jnr.

Lowlight of 2011- Low UKFF Top 20 Ranking

Stevie Xavier has been at the top end of the card or one of the most over acts in all the companies he has worked for in Scotland, despite this he can only manage 18th on this poll, I for one was hugely surprised, especially since at the half way stage of voting, he was just outside the top 10.

EDIT- He also dislocated his arm at King of Crusiers

Red has yet to inform me of his highlight and lowlight of the year, Stevie, if your reading this and disagree with my choices, give me a bell.

Highlight of 2011-Member of the Gold Label.

In 2011 Red Lightening continued to be the mouth piece of the Gold Label and was part of the team that won the main event of Never Mind the Baws, heres the ICW. He also had several appearances on the One Wrestling Show.

Lowlight of 2011- No Titles

Red finishes this year as he started it, not holding any championship belts, also he also the biggest faller in this years UKFF Scottish Top 20

Highlight of 2011-SWA Star

Whilst some maintain SWA is a company that is past its best, in 2011 SWA began to improve after a weak 2010, one of the main components of this rise was "The Lowland Superstar" Glen Dunbar, for many years Dunbar had been struggling as a midcard babyface before turning in 2010, in 2011 Glen Dunbar's heel persona took on a new level of importance which included wrestling in the main event of SWA Clan Wars and SWA Point of Origin, the later being an NWA Scottish Heavyweight Championship. at SWA's 100th show Glen Dunbar captured the SWA Laird of the Ring Championship, beating Joe Coffey

Lowlight of 2011- A need for expansion

Dunbar by his own admission has only wrestled this year in the West of Scotland, whilst his talent is undeniable, the need for him to expand into other areas must be high on Dunbar's priorities in 2012

Can I just say congratulations to Scotty for his fantastic news.

Highlight of 2011- Headlining Gathering 4

Scott Renwick held the NWA Scottish Heavyweight Championship for over a year, in Febuary he put the title on the line against Eric "The Fist" Canyon in a steel cage. He also held the SWA and W3L Tag Titles as part of Britains Most Wanted with Damien O'Conor, BMW also captained the face team in the main event of Clan Wars. The tail end of the year saw Scotty grow more and more disenfranchised before finally turning heel in the last show of the year by SWA attacking Erin Angel and aligning himself with former manager Nikki Storm.

Lowlight of 2011- Losing the Title.

The start of this heel turn began with the main event of the Gathering 4 when he was Screwed out of the title by Peter "Conscience" Murphy.

Highlight of 2011- Hardcore Star

Jack Jester is without doubt the best hardcore wrestler in Scotland at the moment if not he is certainly the bloodiest, it seems that every ICW show Jester is involved in the bloodiest hard hitting match, whether it was his ICW title match with James Scott , his membership of team ICW in the main event of Never Mind the Baws (where he wielded a Flaming barbwire wrapped 2x4) or his match with Mikey Whiplash at Fear and Loathing 4, a match so destructive, even the ring didn't survive

Lowlight of 2011- Getting (Cork)Screwed

At Fear and Loathing 4, A battered but victorious Jester was betrayed by long term manager Lolita , and was beaten down by an enraged Mikey Whiplash, the following beatdown (including getting several cuts from his own infamous Corkscrew) was one of the most brutal scenes in Scottish Wrestling history.
