Good curry recipie

You could do a simple rendang.


Grind together 2 onions, 1/2 bulb garlic, 1" Ginger, 2 stalks lemon grass, 1 or 2 chillis (or more if you hate your arsehole), 1 tblsp ground coriander, 1 tsp umeric, 1/2 tblsp ground cumin, 2 tsp salt.


Gently fry in 2 tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes, then mix in 500g cubed meat (beef or lamb, but porks not bad in it either), fry for a minute, then pour in a tin of coconut milk.


Stic in the oven on gas mark 3 for 3 hors, and garnish with chopped coriander and crushed peanuts.


Forgot to tell you to add the zest of a lime to the paste, and the juice of the lime when you add the coconut milk.
