Kenny McBride
I LOVE Any Given Sunday, and I think she's excellent in it. Playing completely against type in Being John Malkovich is pretty impressive too. Â Also, Shrek is really good. She's not spectacular or anything, but it's a very good film. Paid Members Snake Plissken Posted December 15, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted December 15, 2011 I also love Any Given Sunday, however There's Something About Mary was the pinnacle for her. So TSAM for me.
PSF
Best film - Something about Mary. Think of Diaz and this is the first film to pop in your head. Â Worst film - The Box - Absolute pile of shite! Her accent is appalling. Has anyone else seen this?
Mr.Showtime
Not a fan, not a fan at all really. I struggle to separate her from Gwyneth Paltrow if I'm honest - both blondes of the same age, both generally cast for looks, both perfecting a style of acting I dub "vacant". I was going to mention that too! First thing that came into my head was The Royal Tenenbaums 'coz she was hot in that...then I remembered that was G-Pal. Excellent concept, but friggingly awful excecution. The Director started strong with Donnie Darko, but Southland tales was a stinker, and this was even worse. The King Of Swing
I forgot A Life Less Ordinary even existed and can't remember a thing about it but I'm pretty sure I liked it back in it's day, for
