Fog Dude
I've been considering it for a while now, and the sudden breakdown-related disappearance of The Miz has given me the impetus to put the table back into a single part once again, which normally happens earlier in the season than now. There's been quite a bit of movement too, and the gap at the top is down to just 2 points, as small as it's been so far. At the other end tom is outright last once more, since Lawz was one of 8 participants into double figures this time. In a high-scoring round, only 3 players failed to get at least one exact score, including lowest scorer Rory. Del moves up to fourth spot as he takes top score honours, while Show falls further adrift of the top 6 after getting his D2D wrong. Of the other 22 FPLers, 20 disagreed with him, of whom 18 rightly went for an away win. Among those quite a few managed a correct scoreline too. Aside from United's comfortable victory, Fulham's home triumph was probably the most fruitful result. West Brom and Liverpool's wins on their travels also proved not that surprising, while City edging out Arsenal in a low-scoring encounter was harder to guess. Promoted Norwich and Swansea holding out at Goodison and the Sports Direct Arena respectively caught many people out, as did Stoke coming out on top in the Staffordshire derby. Chelsea's failure to leave Wigan with 3 points was the most problematic result, along with the late equaliser on the continent which denied Monaco a win at Le Havre. Turns out there was another Ligue 2 match on Saturday, but now between teams anybody here could care about. A new thread should appear soon, with explanations as to how the next few rounds of Xmas and New Year fixtures will work, plus yet another D2D.
