Â The biggest problem you find with this kind of thing is that half the time the parents don't know where their kids are and when they are confronted by someone about the kid's behavior their usual response is that the kid would never do that kind of thing. Â If your in a council or trust house then the previous advice is right, make a note of the situation and explain how long it has been going on and that you genuinely fear for yours and the family's safety.
