What a Month December has been for 4FW Star Owen Phoenix firstly at the beginning of December receiving a WWE tryout then the 17 year old received a NJPW tryout today, completing the test, Owen has stated it was the hardest thing he has ever done in his life, and this youngster is easily one of the most conditioned people I have ever met, Owen is an absolute trooper, more news on this as we receive it.

Jack Dynamo

Jack Dynamo claims that nothing about him is any different than it was a year ago however there is very little doubt in the minds of the masses that Jack Dynamo is a changed man. His metamorphosis from believed hero to despised villain was punctuated by his evocative speech at 4FW Halloween Spectacular. He accused the fans of losing faith in him and told The Saint that it was his pandering to the

That's great news for Owen! Receiving two try outs, for the largest US and Japanese promotions respectively, in a month is a big achievement.

As for the NJPW tryout being the hardest thing he's ever done, I'm not suprised from the reputation it has.

Good luck to him on the rest of the tour. Is he staying in Japan over the holidays, or going back home? Either way, the commitment and drive he has for a 17 year old is impressive.

Staying in Japan till mid February, well hopefully lol as this was a tryout for the Dojo which would be a 2 (or more) years hiatus from the UK but he dosn't get results till next year. To spend the Christmas period away from friends and family shows a true desire to become successful, nothing will stop him, that I assure everyone.

Next Star and Next Match Announced...

The Saint

After hard work and dedication in the world of professional wrestling there are few rewards higher than the 4FW Heavyweight championship. It is a belt coveted by athletes across the globe and 4FW management receives regular requests for men desiring a shot at the gold.

Of those men that have held it in recent memory, none have held it with the esteem of The Saint. A man who commands respect for his achievements, The Saint was a humble 4FW heavyweight champion. Working tirelessly for years, constantly being told that he would never reach that highest ground, The Saint defied the odds and made it to the top.

That was until fate, or rather Jack Dynamo, interfered. Dynamo

In 2011 no other training centre was as pro active as the 4FW Academy in putting on as many guest seminars to help students and Pros excel in there Pro-Wrestling careers and in 2012 we will do even more to cement our place as 'The Training Centre' in the United Kingdom.

The first seminar in 2012:

4FW are proud to announce a training seminar with Fit Finlay at the 4FW Academy, the session will begin at 10:00am and will finish at 1:00pm on Saturday 25th February.

Finlay is without a doubt one of the most respected people in Pro-Wrestling and has literally done it all.

This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to progress there Professional careers.

This will also be a great opportunity to be scouted by 4FW. 4FW will also be holding the New Years Wrestleution event in the evening so anyone that attends the seminar is welcome to attend the event.

Saturday 28th January will see the first 4FW event of the year Live! Thatcham Catholic Club, Thatcham.

Every event has been a sellout and we expect nothing less here with the first contest been signed as youngster 'Italian Stallion' Jason Larusso goes one on one with Big Japan Superstar Shinya Ishikawa.

More will be announced soon as we look to return to Thatcham with our strongest card to date.

We are having problems with the shop section of the website, we have asked people interested in attending to email wrestling_4fw@hotmail.co.uk to reserve your seat/s so far 50 of the 60 Ringside have been reserved and we don't start the bulk of our advertising till 5th January and we don't expect the remaining 10 to last long.

Same goes for the Finlay seminar we made 10 outside slots available and so far 7 have been taken, don't delay reserve today to avoid dissapointment.
