Paid Members JNLister Posted June 1, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted June 1, 2018 There's a name floating about. Obviously won't post it here until there's confirmation, but it's not exactly a household name or national star.

The King Of Swing
He was a pre extreme mainstay wasn't he? May have been around for bit of the early extreme days as well.

Yeah he was there pre-Extreme (I think he left/got fired about August 1994).

Merzbow
Could they counter-sue for damages or whatever? I'd imagine this has taken a chunk of money to get through.
Paid Members ColinBollocks Posted June 6, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted June 6, 2018 (edited) Yeah. I imagine a chunk of CM Punk's UFC payday is basically paying for this. Despite the result, the WWE must be delighted this ran during his fight camp. I can see them seeing it as a small victory, particularly if Punk gets battered again. WyattSheepMask
I’m not sure if they can counter-sue at this stage, if they had counter-sued at the beginning they maybe could have got something, they may get their attorney fees repaid if the judge decides it was a frivolous claim to begin with, but I would imagine this is the end of it and everyone moves on. The crowd at Money In The Bank are going to be a right headache though
