Germany's Steve Douglas announces retirement

As the thread says, seen on wrestleurope.com that Germanys Steve Douglas, who has appeared for IPWUK in the past, has announced his retirement from pro wrestling.

Saw him wrestle for wZw. Hope he's well and it was his own decision rather than being forced into it due to injury or whatever.

you know that thread for comments and thoughts that dont deserve their own thread.....? this should be there along with all the other things that no one is interested in hearing about.

It's a shame that because of who the thread starter is, everybody's immediately knocking this because Steve is awesome. He appeared for like the first 18 months of IPW shows and is versatile, hard working and really really good to work with. A shame he's retiring, hope it's just because he's tired of the routine instead of anything that's actually forced him.

Yeah, Stevie was great for IPW:UK. This definitely deserves it's own thread.

His ladder match with Aviv got me into IPW:UK some.
