Moderators PowerButchi Posted November 6, 2011 Moderators Share Posted November 6, 2011 Just to wind up Chokeout, I'd like to say that the whole North Wales coast is awful and places like Abergele, Prestatyn and Rhyl wish they had the class of Wrexham and Llangollen. Â Does BWP ever promote much in inland North East Wales? Well except for Saltney?
Paid Members Your Fight Site Posted November 6, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted November 6, 2011 What is Reslo? I've seen it mentioned here a few times now. Is it literally Welsh for wrestling, or the name of something else?
Moderators PowerButchi Posted November 6, 2011 Moderators Share Posted November 6, 2011 It's literally Welsh for wrestling, and also the name of the wrestling show that was on S4C until the mid '90s or so with a theme tune that sounded like a sea shanty. Jacob Israel
Just to wind up Chokeout, I'd like to say that the whole North Wales coast is awful and places like Abergele, Prestatyn and Rhyl wish they had the class of Wrexham and Llangollen. Does BWP ever promote much in inland North East Wales? Well except for Saltney?  Britannia Wrestling has ran shows in the Wrexham region in the past, It may be something that is on the cards in 2012. This year BWP has ran shows in Prestatyn, Denbigh, Saltney, Llanbrynmair (interesting to say the least), and will be bringing wrestling back to Porthmadog on the 26th November at Y Ganolfan (another famous haunt of Orig Williams Promotions in the past).  Keep an eye on the website in the coming weeks for more information on BWP dates in 2012. There will be a few surprises in there too.  www.britanniawrestling.co.uk
