King Pitcos Posted October 29, 2011 Share Posted October 29, 2011 PC has been acting up lately. It keeps "freezing" on the Internet, not sure how else to describe it. With Flash videos, it'll play them but fairly often, the video will freeze for five seconds or so while the audio keeps going. And it's not just with video. Even typing this message, occasionally when I stop and start backspacing/deleting, it takes a couple of seconds before it shows up onscreen. Same with scrolling up and down pages sometimes, I'll scroll and then have to wait a few seconds for the computer to do it. It's only in the last week it's been doing this and I've not changed any hardware or anything. I've noticed Firefox CPU usage spikes to 50% every time it has a little freeze. Â Solutions?
