The previously scheduled tag team title match with Air Boom vs. Ziggler & Swagger has apparently been scrapped

Where have you got that from? On Smackdown, Vickie made a big deal of Dolph having to wrestle twice in one night. And they've just put this video up on WWE.com which suggests both matches are still on: http://vids.wwe.com/13680/wwecom-exclusive-dolph-ziggler-d

Was a good Smackdown this week, I thought.

WWWYKI. Ryder on PPV!

They're still not pulling the trigger on doing anything positive with Daniel Bryan. At this rate he's going to come out at Wrestlemania to a collective sigh from the audience.

Anyone know how many Morrison has lost on the spin now?

I agree with you there mate.

It makes you laugh really as despite giving him the win in MITB they still treat him like dirt I mean losing to Wade Barrett again please.

I enjoyed Wade Barrett vs Daniel Bryan. Wade Barrett once again played his role of a new uprising like a total pro. The only thing I feel holding him back is the continued expectation that he'll be buried again soon enough. But hopefully they pull the trigger with him. He's an excellent character and a fine worker. His match with Trent Baretta on Superstars was one of the better matches in recent WWE television, and his match tonight with Bryan was also fairly good. Good finish too, a nice reversal in to his Wasteland. He's good at transitioning opponent's in to that finisher.

I feel there's a good recovery storyline to be had with Daniel Bryan where, after a heap of losses, he finally makes a comeback and starts beating all the foes who have repeatedly beaten him. He's certainly looking and acting very different from his grinning days. The whole story is let down somewhat by the appalling commentary team, and so far we've only seen one sub par backstage interview with Daniel Bryan on his decline since winning mitb. But, it is still early days and hopefully as the time draws closer to WrestleMania more attention is put on the unwinding story.

I quite enjoyed the battle of the Caras. Mainly because we finally got to see a lengthy match with something of some significance at stake.

There's nothing else I'm really digging.

Blue Sin Cara reminds me of when Orton turned face in 2004. He doesn't do anything that different to the heel version of himself other than throw his arms up all the fucking time and fail to entertain the general public.

EDIT: And a piss funny example of why this mexican mask stipulation never works in WWE land. Booker's got to bang on about some normal looking guy like he's the fucking elephant man or something.

Bookers commentary seems to be getting worse and worse. The big problem is Michael Cole pointing it out, he really doesn't need to, the audience can already tell Booker's talking bollooks. Although I laughed myself silly at:

'I'm a tag team specialist.'

'Okay Cole'

'OH MY GOD, I'VE HAD ONE TAG MATCH THIS WEEK AND I LOST IT. I GAVE YOU THE SOFTEST BALL PITCH AND YOU STILL STRUCK OUT!'

Other than that I enjoyed the episode. Morrison and Henry match was decent and Henry looked great, Sheamus and Ryder vs. Ziggler and Christian was good and progressed the Christian Sheamus feud nicely, Sin Cara vs. Sin Cara could've been worse, the main event was fun and the closing segment was killer. Henry took that KO punch with fucking style.

I like Barrett and Bryan match too, the two seem to gel together. But I do think Bryan should've started to be booked better by now. The creative team have put themselves back further with this 'push' than they had at the start.

Me too, that was hilarious. That and Cole suggesting that Ryder might make Booker the G.I. Broski of the week.

I didn't find Cole's announcing as intrusive as it normally tends to be.thank god for Josh Matthews.
