Â Same here, in 2 years ive had a dropped connection once. and lost my internet for 24 hours. But there customer service was great. It's a great job especially for its speed, pretty much unlimited data and considering where I live the FON & Openzone service is very useful. Openreach is the only terrestrial provider of broadband services here, my local exchange has no provider other than BT, until FTTC came it was ADSL only and there's no 3g coverage at home and very sparse for miles around. No Virgin either. Â As for O2 I'm told that if you get their service from an unbundled exchange it is very good but if you can only get their Access package stay well clear.
