Last I read Murray was still fucked financially though so I don't think he's in any position to do it. He might come back as a figurehead for someone else I suppose. As I said Ken Bates did it at Leeds (paying something like ten pence for every pound the Club owed) so there can't be a law against it. Â It may well have been Whyte's plan all along. Otherwise buying a Club with a large amount of debt AND a potentially crippling legal case hanging over them was a pretty moronic business move.
