Paid Members Psygnosis Posted April 12, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 12, 2011 Honky Tonk Man posted it on his Twitter which is now doing the rounds... Â -EDIT- It was on a radio show he said it, my bad.
Paid Members Ron Simmons Posted April 12, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 12, 2011 HTM also claimed Hulk Hogan was leaving TNA a while ago. He didn't. He's just attention seeking, there's no reason he'd know this before anyone notable.
Paid Members DJ Kris Posted April 12, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 12, 2011 No offence, but you said for real this time, yet the news hasn't come from anywhere reliable. This isn't even news!
Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted April 12, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 12, 2011 In fairness to Psygnosis, this IS being carried by the mighty Wrestle Heat and, erm, precisely nowhere else. Give the guy a break!
Paid Members Your Fight Site Posted April 12, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 12, 2011 Shame. TNA may have started making better business decisions if this were true, instead of spunking daddy's money up the wall. All that's left then is creative to be sorted out... Loki
She's not, though. TNA turns a profit, and has done for years. I know TNA haterzzz don't want it to be true, but...  Jarrett got asked directly by the Baltimore Sun back in January:  Without getting into specifics, is TNA profitable at this point? Absolutely. We turned that corner four or five years ago. Like WWE or any other business, would we like to be making more money? Sure, but the reality is that the U.S. economy is still in a recession, and internationally we have different economies to deal with, but all in all, we
mackie
Although there is little proof this is true it has also been reported by other people who isn't HTM

I know TNA haterzzz don't want it to be true, but... It's money spent in the wrong places though as opposed to losing money I meant. Bringing guys like Hogan and Flair in, signed ex-WWE guys like Mr Anderson and Jeff Hardy, that then doesn't really do anything in terms of ratings. You said she makes bad business decisions, which isn't true. TNA has a decent WWE-lite business model. Booking/hiring decisions are another thing altogether. Â If she goes, does that really mean TNA will start making better decisions? More likely someone with no nous will take over and kill it.
