alexander
Fuck, that's pretty horrible. He was a very entertaining manager, it's a shame his personal problems apparently ran so deep.
Paid Members CleetusVanDamme Posted April 11, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 11, 2011 Bloody shame. I remember reading a story a while ago about him having mental troubles. Things have to be quite bad to take your own life. Poor man.

Snitsky's back acne
He suffered from mental illness and bi-polarism, which largely ended his career in ROH and stopped him getting a WWE developmental deal. It's alleged that he committed suicide.  R.I.P. Larry Sweeney.  Fuck, that sucks. A talented mouthpiece and entertaining wrestler.  29 is WAY too young for anyone to die but I can only imagine the sheer despair he must have been in to take his own life.  RIP Sweeney. Paid Members Your Fight Site Posted April 11, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 11, 2011 RIP Larry Sweeney. Thoughts go out to the young man's friends and family at this time. 29 is no age to go.
Paid Members Fatty Facesitter Posted April 11, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 11, 2011 Terrible news. I don't usually keep up with the inde scene these days but Sweeney was always one of the names I'd keep an eye out for along with guys like Chris Hero and the like. A real shame. RIP. Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted April 11, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 11, 2011 I only managed to watch him a few times, but he did play an excellent "throwback to the 80s" wrestling manager. RIP.
spotlightmagnet1
I watched him manage and wrestle in places like ROH, IWA: Mid South and otherplaces, he was very entertaining and a great personality. This news is a shock and tragic. Â RIP Larry Sweeney.
Paid Members Psygnosis Posted April 11, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted April 11, 2011 Didn't see much of his ROH stuff but loved him in Chikara and CZW - 29? Christ.
David
Regardless of his status in pro wrestling, it's never nice to hear that someone so young has taken their own life after suffering battles with mental illness.
Hyperion
Think he turned 30 a couple of months ago. I was a fan of his, such a shame his problems got on top of him. If WWE still did managers this guy would have fitted in great. Â R.I.P.
The Cum Doctor
I was never a big fan of his wrestling, but as a manager he was amazing. He had lots of charisma and had this weird intensity that just worked and made the fans hate him as a result. Â Sad news indeed.
Stinky Dad
Fantastic 'character manager,' impressive on the mic and a top bloke according to those who knew and met him. A total shame and yet another tragedy. Very sad indeed. RIP.
AshC
What very little I saw of him I enjoyed. 29 is no age, agreed. Very sad.
