First of all, they can release from your contract for whatever the fuck they want and second of all, kicking out of someone's finisher where you're not meant to is the definition of not doing what you're told. Â Also if a young small wrestler had tried to no sell JBL he'd have stiffed the fuck out of them. So yeah, all in all, you're a fucking idiot. AGAIN. And if he doesn't do what he is told? And how are they gonna prove it? They gonna go to court? OK so the WWE is in court with their 'independant contractor' not wrestler, wrestlers aren't classed as employees and so the judge asks for the proof where John Morrison was told, in his fake fight to take the finisher and stay down. Presumably there would be some kind of paperwork? I'm sure it wouldn't just be as simple as Vince making the call, telling one of the agents and then the agents telling the wrestlers about the finish. I'm sure a big professional company like WWE would have all that intricate stuff typed up officially and have it signed....otherwise it's just verbal. There's no way of proving what was said by whom. And then the other side is you get a wrestler who starts hitting you for real in the ring but that means John is free to hit back for real aswell but that wouldn't solve the problem. Making silly facial expressions at the cameras and kicking out of big moves easily is enough to hurt someone like JBL. Some who relies on being a bully and a tough guy and of course makes him look foolish on TV since he will be hamming it up for the cameras and here's this young kid getting right back up like there's nothing wrong. People like JBL are marks for themselves. Â You know they would be aswell just firing John Morrison cause it's make no difference to their ratings anyway. Not the 90's anymore and Vince McMahon's wallet doesn't mean much anymore either. If John Morrison was really interested in being WWE Champion he wouldn't be bothering about Melina or intergender tag team matches. I think he would enjoy working at his own pace in TNA, just plodding along. Even working on WWE Superstars isn't that bad aslong as he is getting his normal wage at the end of the week. If he had high hopes in WWE he would be trying to get away from Melina and focus on himself for a change and try and better himself and his career. Wrestling is a cooperative business, you can't be a twat on national tv and expect to keep wrestling Even working on WWE Superstars isn't that bad aslong as he is getting his normal wage at the end of the week If he's not on Raw, people don't see him, he stops selling t shirts and doesn't get on pay per views. Ergo he'll earn considerably less money.; Enough to live comfortably, but who the fuck is in pro wrestling and getting hurt like that just to get the bare minimum?
