Paid Members martyngnr Posted March 23, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted March 23, 2011 Not very fashionable due to being quite a fat shit. Struggle to find anything fashionable that fits. It all seems to be tapered in and just looks silly on me. So the rare shirt I find and jeans is what I would wear on a night out with my black smart Cat boots. Otherwise, it's jeans, a T-shirt and some trainers, oh yeah! You really should stop wearing those Affliction shirts too.
spurs 4 life
I guess I was thinking online because I figured you could probably get big packs of socks on the cheap. Also, I'm lazy and have been bored recently at work so online shopping suits me well! There's no Primark near me, but I'll have a look when I'm back at my folks' in Croydon over the weekend...  Speaking from experience don't buy Primark socks unless you want cotton covered feet. Loki
OK, little help y'all.. especially for any of you online shoppers I guess. I want to bulk buy some new socks at a decent price. I don't want sports socks - I want something fairly lightweight. Colour preference would be for some shades of blues and browns, but I'm not overly fussy about that.   Cheers!  For my mind, the best socks in the world are found at M&S. They do these black socks that are slightly supported and slightly thicker around the ankle and toes that are perfect. They're also not expensive.  Socks are the one thing that, having found the perfect sock, I only buy those.
WU LYF 4 LYF
Don't buy Primark anything; the quality is absolutely horrible. In terms of socks, there's plenty of affordable choices that are much better quality, pretty much every shop does their own sock brand, from Next to ASOS to River Island to whatever. However, socks are the one thing where I wouldn't get a premium brand like CK, since they'll wear out anyway. Â For my mind, the best socks in the world are found at M&S. Â Yeah, good shout, I've had some comfy and long lasting socks from there in the past.
Paid Members SpursRiot2012 Posted March 23, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted March 23, 2011 Definatly don't buy t-shirts from Primark. You'd be lucky to get to wear them twice before they shrink or in some other way get fucked up.

Bashar
http://shop.uniqlo.com/uk/goods/065118 Â I got the last in Large, but any of you big bodybuilder types might see this as a useful piece. It'll cover you for a funeral! Â Uniqlo's XL size guide specifies 44.1-47.2, so it will probably be roughly equivalent to a 46R. It's a calculated risk - but at that price! Â I've actually picked up a XL as well - it will probably go back but I can return to store, but if it works out I can wear it next winter over a hoodie or even a denim jacket; this is a growing trend. Â If you haven't looked at Uniqlo before, take a look now!
