WHERES LEROY
I, sadly, work in London on capital gains tax software. Boring as shit, but pays well, and it's generally a sector that always needs something. I wanted to be a writer but it's very tricky to get into. That's depressing.  Is it? I'm a writer, and I'm thinking RepoMan's career sounds alright

I'm a writer, and I'm thinking RepoMan's career sounds alright I think so. Not the content of either job, just the "I wanted to do this other thing but it was too hard, so I do this boring thing now instead" aspect. I always find abandoned dreams heartbreaking. Though as you perhaps alluded to, sometimes following your ambition just results in tedious shite anyway.
Paid Members JohnnyChimpo Posted February 28, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted February 28, 2011 These days I'm mostly a copywriter for an American company that buys dating and job site domains, but this also entails having tom write meta data and descriptions that will be easily picked up by search engines, so I work a lot with SEO, I guess. But I'm basically a freelance writer who will do anything and I'm mainly a specialist in porn - I review about 15 sites a week plus I also write link descriptions and have done press releases and porn star biographies. Â Â Which site would you recommend when it comes to value for money?

NS All Access (the New Sensations network site - fantastic value, loads of variety) and 1 By-Day (just the best porn site around, really). Paid Members Halitosis Romantic Posted February 28, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted February 28, 2011 Technical Production Associate at Dell Magazines - producing puzzle magazines, sometimes as simple as running a program to generate sudoku puzzles and importing them into a magazine, but frequently head-bendingly complex database management stuff. Still, I get to work on Broadway, and the pay is good for a first job in a new country.

Glen Quagmire
I just sit on my fat arse all day claiming every benefit under the sun and if I'm not on this forum with either my 17 inch MacBook Pro or my iPhone 4 32GB, I'm watching Sky HD (with full multiroom package) on my 47 inch 3DTV or going out in my 2009 Land Rover to Lidl 220 yards away. Â Â Â Â Â Nah, just kidding. Main job is working in various areas of IT, done areas such as web design, networking and technician both in private & public sectors and also for a time as self employed. Also work part time on a family farm. In my spare time I'm also doing kids sports coaching.
