The Cum Doctor
Shingo Takagi Kevin Steen Prince Devitt  Those three guys get my anticipation higher than anyone else. Oh, and The Young Bucks but that's only in PWG. Their other stuff doesn't really get me that excited.

the_mole
Adam Pearce cuts a hell of a promo and is decent enough in the ring from what I have seen of his NWA Hollywood stuff.

DannRead
I won't name females because obviously it may come across as biassed (although I will openly admit there are a number of people on the EVE roster who I genuinely believe to be some of the best talent in the world) so I'd say (in no order) Karl Krammer, Mikey Whiplash, Pac, Stixx, Spud, Dean Allmark, Jonny Storm, Robbie Dynamite, Mark Haskins, Marty Scurll, Zebra Kid, Zak Zodiak, Aaron Frost, JoFX/Baz Attitude and Joe E Legend on the European indie scene. Â Don't really follow much of the US scene, from what I've seen on Moxley he's very good on promos but once he's in the ring he loses me, I like Quack, I think Chris Hero has come along leaps and bounds, he reminds me of Barry Windham not just in look but in how he carries himself, in terms of Japan Naruki Doi is incredible, Kana, Io Shirai, Kaori Yoneyama, Ayumi Kurihara & Shuri are tremendous talents on the Joshi scene. Mock-The-Cross
Total agreement with Moxley! Try A.R Fox for consideration along with Sami Callihan and the preverbial cat amongst the pogeons, Halfbreed Billy Gram.
