Here  The videos seem to be a few years old, and most of the screen's menu have been refreshed and look much better now.  A basic write up I found.  Matches are played at 20:00 Game Time, on the fixed dates which are listed within your schedule. Your match will automatically kick-off, there is no need to be online at kick-off time. Before a match you will need to select an 18 man squad consisting of a starting 11 and 7 match day substitutes, however, not everyone will always be available for selection due to injury or suspension and this information will be indicated in the Player Info field.
