Probably one of the most underrated bands of the 90s....

Del Amitri - Nothing Ever Happens

A few more crackers too...

Crowded House - Fall At Your Feet

Ace Of Base - The Sign

Ahh, still remember the first time I saw that video. I wish I could find the documentary that MTV made about its controversy, I think it was called The Windowlicker Probe, it was really interesting.

Anyway, following on from the Manchester theme, here's some tracks and acts that are Manchester linked, or linked to Madchester in a pretty major way (Part 1):-

The Charlatans - Just When You're Thinking Things Over

The Charlatans - One To Another

808 State - Cubik

Primal Scream - Loaded

Primal Scream - Star

The Chemical Brothers - Setting Sun  (By the way, does anyone know if that is Emilia Fox in the video? Always wondered.)

Sorry to be incredibly pedantic, as I was going to include it, but Don't Falter was released in January 2000. However, because it's such a lovely song and the album was out in 1999, I'll let you off!

Also, Be There is fucking great, as is the video, which has to be one of the very most underrated of all time.
