I had my Sky+ box reset today so have lost the Scunthorpe United vs Manchester United match that was shown live on Sky Sports last year.

 

I'd really like a copy if anybody has that on disc?

 

Also, I noticed in one of Rick's updates he has "The Two Escobar's" ESPN Film. I saw that a few months back and it was fascinating from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I can even remember what came after that programme. "News at Ten", then they showed the film "Orca, the Killer Whale", then it was a quickly edited Jock Stein programme past midnight. Archie McPherson talking with somebody (can't quite remember, might have been Hugh McIlvaney). Two chairs facing each other, David Frost style, big picture of Jock Stein between them.

I've found a load of Barca reviews. I've never bought from this guy but he's bought from me twice. He's in France. I'm supposed to be trading with him soon so I'll let you know how it goes.

This might be a long shot, but is there any traders around who have full FA Cup final days from Grandstand and the buildup from the early to late 90s? From like 1.00 until 6.00 they used to show it, through the day. All I can usually find is the match itself and the post match interviews, but the whole FA Cup final day the BBC used to do was fantastic.

That'd be fucking ace. I'd imagine it's unlikely because it would've taken 2 or 3 tapes back then. It's definitely something I'd snap up if I came across it. My favourite bit was always the updates on the coach journey from the hotel. They'd have a camera and a guy on the coach as well which was quite a rare thing to see.

 

Most FA Cup finals I come across, it's the official video release. Don't know if that's because people didn't bother keeping them once they'd bought the video. I did see a copy of the 1987 final on ebay the other day. It was a home recording with this ace post-it note message stuck to it warning that it better not be damaged or recorded over because the contents were so precious.

Does anyone have any episodes of Fantasy Football League from BBC? I have collected nearly all of them, just need series 1 episodes 2 and 17, both of which feature Bob Mortimer and Karren Brady as guests. The latter including a cameo from Jona Lewie.

 

If anyone can help, I am happy to trade all I have of the show.

 

I also have quite a few old Spurs games on DVD. And some rare Spurs review of the season videos transferred to DVD's
