SSW

Watched part of the video thing on Youtube, I'd suggest to SSW that they get new camera people - the ringside cam especially was all over the place, made it look quite shoddy for a group of companies obviously wanting to come across as a big deal. And what was the deal with the picture in the tag match, it had a strange border around it that was very off-putting.

Participant 10/16: Lionheart for PBW (Scotland)

September 18th, the current Scottish heavyweight champion Lionheart successfully defended his PBW championship against Brad Fusion. Still being the champ, it was an easy choice for Premier British Wrestling to nominate the dominating force in scottish wrestling for the tournament.

Lionheart has been a champion for almost ten months now and is aiming for becoming the longest reigning Scottish champion of all time but there is one big challenge in his way.

Fight Club Finland joining UEWA, representing Finland !

Not even half a year in the business, the Union Of European Wrestling Alliances keeps on growing. We are happy to announce our eleventh member, Fight Club Finland, based in the finnish capital Helsinki making Finland the tenth country represented in the UEWA.

Fight Club Finland was established by Finland-born, Canadian-raised wrestler Starbuck and steadily keeps growing. FCF mostly consists of their own wrestlers but also feature foreign wrestlers every once in a while. There already have been talent exchanges with fellow UEWA-member Danish Pro Wrestling and will continue to do so in the future and have worked extensively since 2003 with Erik Isaksen and the NWF in Norway who are also a part of the UEWA.

UEWA is proud to announce FCF as the eleventh member, joining effectively november 1st. We at the UEWA are looking forward to having FCF as our newest partner and make UEWA a even bigger force. Currently, the following promotions are part of the UEWA at the day of this announcement:

- All Star Wrestling (Birkenhead, England)

- Catch Wrestling Norddeutschland (Norderstedt, Germany)

- Danish Pro Wrestling (Midtjylland, Denmark)

- Fight Club Finland (Helsinki, Finland)

- Italian Championship Wrestling (Milan, Italy)

- Norwegian Wrestling Federation (Oslo, Norway)

- Premier British Wrestling (Glasgow, Scotland)

- Pro Power Wrestling (Porthcawl, Wales)

- Riotgas Wrestling Alliance (Vienna, Austria)

- Shooting Star Wrestling (Yorkshire, England)

- World Wide Pro Wrestling (Tuggen, Switzerland)

As the tournament for the European Heavyweight Championship is already fully planned, FCF will not be part of the tournament itself. Of course, just like NWF, FCF will be present at the show as will all members at the time of the show, distributing talent to non-tournament action.

All seems to be very exciting this UEWA. Its also something to say that one of the companies you work for is involved in such a project. If my dates are good i hopefully want to attend the tournament in person to see who becomes the UEWA champion.
