Zebra Kid Mark
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00rz...010_Episode_25/ Skip to the 11 minute mark and a guy has The Wire as his specialist subject, I got one more right than he did, I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Any chance some one can link me to another version of this? I've tried youtube but no luck. Â Would love to see the questions.
remlap
The Wire - Lego version. Â The best part imo is David Simon complete with name tag Lego ranting in the newsroom.
Keith Houchen
http://davidsimon.com/deandre-mccullough-1977-2012/ David Simon writes about the death of DeAndre McCullough, who played Brother Mouzone's valet, Lamar. His teenage years were of course documented in The Corner. Quite a sad story, just couldn't turn his life around.
Awards Moderator HarmonicGenerator Posted January 30, 2015 Awards Moderator Share Posted January 30, 2015 Apologies for the huge two year bump, but I finished The Wire tonight, and am in need of others to talk about it with. Â It's taken me a while to get round to it - there's a post from me in this thread from 2009 - but finally got started on it properly in March last year, having recorded it all off Sky Atlantic. I'm sad to have reached the end, but ... Well, it's so good, isn't it! Â As others have said, season 4 was the best, and it did usually take me a few episodes to get into each season, but I'm so glad I've finally seen it all. Â Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeit. WyattSheepMask
I've had the box set for a few years now and still haven't got passed the mid point of season 2. That's not a knock on it, it's very well acted and written, it's just if I'm watching on a night in bed I struggle to stay awake and if I try to watch in the day I still struggle to stay awake. I don't have this issue with other hour long HBO dramas, I can watch Boardwalk Empire, Oz and The Sopranos until the cows come home, but The Wire just sends me off to slumberland for some reason
