I think last year we had something along the lines of "must be British and based in the UK" to close a loophole that would have allowed Nigel McGuiness to storm it for an ROH match.Not that it appears a problem with the current nominations, mind, but the point being that McGuinness vs Joe or Rave from March wouldn't be in keeping with the spirit of the category.
