X-Pac revealed that Scott Hall had been drinking for the last few years. He broke his hip at home and lay there for days unable to get to the phone, because DDP showed up. A horrible end for him. Poor sod.
Jeezo. Horrible stuff.

The Killing Fields (Prime)
Still an extremely powerful film about the Cambodian genocide. Doesn't go as hard at the Americans as I'd personally have liked it to, but they don't get off too lightly for their part played.
Mike Oldfield did the musical score for that and it's absolute shite. I remember the Cambodian guy in it winning an Oscar, then getting murdered a few years later.

I know this was Jake Roberts theme but i'd love to have heard a longer version of THIS version. Sounds more bass guitary. Prepare for 80s cheese..

To be honest with you, Dean Douglas did look like he was carrying a bit more weight in his arse. It's visibly noticable now. (When you watch that particular period)

Why haven't we had a big Russian heel smashing everybody yet? You know Vince is prone to that kind of stuff.

It's further leaning into their Midnight Express Homage by being a big of a knockoff of The Chase by Giorgio Moroder.Â

Sounds like the Bryan Reeves version from 1985. Not the Bobby Eaton version. Both great versions though.
I've always been partial to the bloody Ring-Master theme from 1995. It sounds very forbodding. Shit gimmick. Decent enough theme..

The first confirmation seemed to come in about 30 mins after Raw started, guess its not hard to imagine Vince would be one of the first to be called though and had the confirmation before it became more public knowledge
around the start of the 3rd hour they ran the video tribute
Yeah, I don't watch Raw but the guy with the neck tattoo on the far left nearly burst into tears just before the video package aired.

He's made the BBC News. RIP my man.

If anybody looked like a wrestler, it would have been Hogan and Scott Hall. Definately agree.

Horrible, horrible news. What a cool guy he seemed.
It's amazing how much he changed his body and image from 1989 ( "Gator" Scott Hall ) to 1991 with the Diamond Studd. You wouldn't think they were the same person.
Rest in Peace Bad Guy

Absolutely bloody gutted. Changed the business in 1996.

Yeah, I remember seeing that "Chubby" Brown film on there a lot "U.F.O". You had them showing all the early Peter Jackson films. Lesser-known British films as well that would never get shown anywhere else. I also remember that "Thursday Night Sex" 11pm slot in 1995 very well. Sunday 9pm was horror time.

Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but Morons from Outer Space is on Monday night 11.45
I love that they stick random old 80s comedies like that one weeknights. Reminds me of what Sky Movies used to be. You used to get some crackers on there at 1am.

Imagine looking at that "No Way Out of Texas" poster and remembering they actually stuck Savio Vega in there. Surely there was a plan for somebody else there..apart from HBK?

Jeezo, "Open All Hours" was hilarious. would have had her much older. RIP.

Aussie band Icehouse with their hit from the 80s, "Great Southern Land"...

Bit harsh. 20.

Should stick Keano as Man Utd manager and see the place get the kick up the arse it needs, but with Sir Alex around, that'll never happen.

Had his finger in everything music related from about 1987 to 1991. You don't hear much of Chris Lowe's backstory and he was the one battering the keyboard.
Wikipedia claims that Chris Lowe wrote and produced Arsenal's Ian Wright's only single.

Jeezo. Some frantic sex must have been going on there.

Somebody's made the mistake of watching The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
Never heard of it. It was a young guy in my Stroke recovery group.

52. FFS. No age at all. Great Aussie pantomime villain on the Cricket field. Rod Marsh and now Shane Warne. Bad day for Aussie cricket.
