  2. Surely if Joe couldn't get medically cleared for the main roster then he wouldn't for NXT either? If he's going there it's got to be as a trainer or commentator?

    Or they just sent his bin bag of belongings to the wrong place.

  4. It'll probably be B3/niacin which can cause increased blood flow to the capillaries near the skin, often coupled with an itching or tingling sensation. Look up 'niacin flushing' for more information, it's harmless but can be uncomfortable. 

  5. Cheers. That might well have been the point at which they started grooming him for the top but even from then till the split they never really referred to him as the leader, did they? That was kind of the whole ethos of the Shield.

  6. Did the commentary team ever start referring to Roman Reigns as the leader of the Shield? A mate keeps holding the point at which they started doing that as the point that he starting turning off Reigns, because of how obvious it was they were pushing him to be 'the man'. I don't remember that ever happening, aside from Rollins having the 'Architect' tag I don't recall them ever being presented as anything other than three equals.

    I just want to see the vicious fucker from the Trips/McMahon feud, nothing else, I don't want corporate controlled Orton, or Babyface Orton high fiving kids and teaming with Cena, the closer to his natural character the better, everybody knows he is a bit of a cunt so just let him go out and be that guy.

     

    Also, bring back the punt, how is it any more dangerous than the traditional boot to the mush that Harper does, or the Miz, fed up of moves being taken away, piledriver style moves I get, but the curb stomp and the punt??

     

     

    They're both very easily replicated by kids and have the potential for serious injury if it goes wrong. If they mess up doing a big boot it'll hurt but they won't risk a broken neck or a nasty head injury.

  9. Monday was back day, Tuesday was chest day, Wednesday was shoulders, I'm guessing legs/arms/abs have got to fit in there somewhere too. He might go more than four days. I know he does at least four days.

     

    Part of my problem is that my arms are carrying the load. I could have done shoulders yesterday, but I'd have reached failure very quickly as I feel like my arms have taken the most toll for the other workouts.

     

    If you're an absolute beginner then I would highly recommend sacking off the bodybuilding style bollocks. Buy/download a copy of a book called Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe, read it, digest it and follow it. Ideally find someone who knows what they're doing to help you with technique/positioning otherwise there is an absolute ton of resources on youtube. If you don't have a basic foundation of the squat, deadlift and bench/overhead press you're not going to get anywhere and no amount of flyes/curls/leg extensions or whatever is going to change that.

     

    I'm absolutely buzzing about my own training at the minute. The gym I go to recently moved and went from being a very good facility to what I suspect is one of the best strength and conditioning gyms in the country. This has really inspired me to kick on and I'm hitting PB's all over the shop, this week I squatted 195kg for 6 which should mean I'll hit at least 227kg next time I max out and get to join the 500(lb) club. Next goals are a 110kg snatch and a 140kg clean and jerk. I've even dropped about 5kg in weight over the last couple of weeks.

  10. I flat out refuse to do any exercise except the following:

     

    Squat

    Bench

    Deadlift

    Weighted chins

    Weighted dips

    Military press

     

    I've done no cardio in over 2 years and that's a true story.

     

    I'd put my lifting stats against anyone on here though

    BTW, before he posts his numbers, I know Ironic Indie Lad and he's a notorious straps/lifting gloves lad. He claims that he has to wear gloves otherwise it affects his guitar playing in his shitty band "The Clusters".

    Bet he uses a tampon on the bar when he's squatting too.
