  1. I really enjoy the venue. It's an A+ location next to the Olympic Stadium (West Ham United) and the Westfield Mall. Public Transportation is perfect.

A show like this could also attract fans from Germany, Netherlands etc. as it is so close to London City Airport. I don't think these markets were part of the promotional plan.

Just book someone from WXW Germany also next time and not only British talent.

I took my 10 year old son and I could easily entertain him all day before the show with the cinema, bowling, dining  etc.

    Fantastic.

The show was fun and had some really good matches. He loved it.

The crowd was hot at times but less hot compared to RPW's AEW show.

I think this show lacked some buzz. Some more hype. It needed a more 'cant miss' vibe to attract more fans.

I'm worried NJPW wont return any time soon to CopperBox because of the empty seats, but I really hope they will continue to come back for many years to come.

  2. Sean Ross Sapp & Alvarez got mortgages to pay. I get it. It's almost like these guys have a secret AEW E-fed discord in which they coordinate these nonsense stories.

Kudos for giving Jack Perry some street credibility through all this. Kayfabe is still alive and well in 2023.

You actually get back to London about 5 minutes before you leave Amsterdam due to the time difference, brother.

Turns out this is only the case from Holland to England. The return takes me 30 fn hours because someone unplugged a cable from the National Air flight system. 500 flights cancelled.

Days after the government leaked the IDs of all the National Police do to shit security.

    Amateur hour.

I wonder if AEW managed to get out of this Island or has a B team in the States for Dynamite?

Are we claiming all of continental Europe to be "local" for him?

I go to work; takes me 55 minutes.

You fly from Holland to London, takes you 55 minutes aswell.

    The year is 2023.

Go watch Back to the Future, we even got flying cars these days.

  5. Good seats. Fun crowd.

Extra happy for locals like Saraya, Will Ospreay and Malakai. What a dream life.

Wembley is very large, almost a bit to much. If this was really 81.000 then they can go for 100K next time because plenty of space left.

Great trip. I was all relaxed. Everything went smooth. Straightforward public transport. Like I was at home. Could easily do this every year.

Next year I prefer more Indy shows around plus a wrestlecon etc. to make it up par with a Mania weekend.

    Kudos to AEW!

(Note: Possible next trip; New Japan Pro Wrestling returns to London on October 14th.

The NFL will have their London Games one day later @ Tottenham Stadium.)

  6. Will Ospreay defeated Shingo Tagaki in the main event at RevPro.

Afterwards he gave a heartfelt promo thanking the fans for believing in him and changing his life.

Only to be attacked by a masked man.

    Codebreaker

    Judas Effect

    You know the rest....Jericho unmasked.

    Massive heat

    Pretty Wild night!

  7. Didn't Alvarez claimed doggy Larry bit Omega after that worked shoot promo?

CM Punk is masterfull in working the fans and staying relevant while rehabbing his injuries.

Has anything been said yet about Collision the night before All In? I'm wondering if it will be held in the UK, or if it will be a B-team crew taking care of it in the States.

Would be wild if they announce Wembley ARENA for it. They would sell it out with 70K fans being in town for All-In.

  9. It's amazing time to be a wrestling fan. So much good stuff. Saturday night ia great as it means I can actually watch it live on a weekly basis.

I hope this gets included in thr AEW Plus package at FiteTV.

Anyone get lucky in the sales dis morning ?

    Reportably very pricy

Got one. Second row ringside. Very pricy. Yolo. I'll get it all back if Logan Paul wins the MITB.

Are there any local indy shows nearby?

I would too, purely because it would mean that Effy is never getting their win back

Jarrett probably just wanted that Hammerstein payday and told Effy what he wanted to hear. It’s what I would do.

C’mon, why would Jarrett need to lay down for f’n Effy… Have some standards.

  12. Gresham got that Malenko vibe.

But Tony needs a million dollar TV and licensing deal. Gresham won’t be taken seriously by any TV executives because he has no name value and well because he is like  4 feet high.

He’s probably a very nice guy, but so is my dog and my dog ain’t getting TV deals either.

  13. Calling Vickie Guerrero an Oger without any context or punchline was a bit much. Eddie would have snapped.

Also didn’t get the purpose for the dirty man/kiddie jokes. It was fun overall.

  14. How good was Jeff Jarrett!?

Hook him up with Edge’s or Triple H’ TRT doctor and he could look like a million bucks again for one final WWE run.

Feed him to Roman in Saudi Arabia.

Flair looked a lot better in those Jay Lethal training vids. I think he overtrained and was actually hurt before the show. It was what it was. He’s 73. Give him a break.

This was just a spectacle to fund his retirement account / survival. Conrad is a good man.

    That AAA match was great.

Also, didn’t Taker completely ignore DDP when coming to his seat!?

Also, why didn’t they book Dustin Rhodes and did anyone see David Flair?

  15. Adam Cole needs some muscles/meat to bump on. Seriously dangerous for him to be in Heavyweight strong style matches.

Vince/Triple lost the war with Adam Cole as Champion and didn’t even offer him a proper main roster deal. Yet Tony Khan rates him as the second coming of HBK.

Cole makes everyone look smaller in his matches as they have to hunch over to take his kicks and punches because he’s so small.

Just let it go Tony Khan.....

They could have easily put Lance Archer in there and the match would have been fine.

It was a fun show. Truly love AEW.

  16. FTR to win the IWGP Tag Titles without pinning the champs.

    Pac to win the Mid-Atlantic.

Tanahashi to become the Interim Champion.

Tanahashi’s G1 dates make it possible and we can still get Punk vs Tanahashi fairly soon as originally planned. Also I see no point to feed Mox to Punk so  quickly.

  17. Wardlow is hitting those 10+ powerbombs but MJF is getting the ‘W’ somehow.

    Hangman is pinning Punk clean.

Young Bucks defeat Hardyz (rematch will be a TLC match which Hardyz win)

If I was TK I’d book Colt Cabana as a heel to attack Punk. They easily sell out all those Chicago shows with Punk vs Cabana and Cabana needs the edge to shake off the happy, go lucky character.

  18. NBA Finals is going to Game 7 which could cost AEW tons of PPV buys.

    Full panic mode.

So yes, they are doing everything they can to make AEW ‘must see’.

You are all a bunch of marks.

  19. Cody already had like 30 matches this year.

MJF has had 4, of which two were nonsense matches against Shawn Dean which he both ‘lost’. And 2 against Punk in a feud he lost (partly also because of Wardlow). It’s time for a big ‘win’ and get his heat back.

Dude is already on a top-guy 10 match a year contract which nobody seems to realize.

TK is strapped with cash so I’m sure this contract thing is already ironed out.

In short: You guys are all a bunch of marks for believing this and I’m putting my money on MJF to swerve everyone tonight. Everyone thinks he’s gonna get squashed tonight.

Nuclear heat it will be if he walks out the winner and I’ll be banking 3X as the bookies are a bunch of marks also.

(If not, I’ll just delete this message 😆)
