Brighton were so good to watch yesterday. Ten Haag can learn from them with the way they transitioned play from back to front.
Were Brighton like this under Potter or is this De Zerbi's doing?

BRADLEY?
I definitely meant Barney!

Really enjoyed the whole series, but really hope they work on some bits for the second season..Â
- Ditch the rubbish characters and gameplayers. I think the only ones worth keeping are Legend, Giant, Nitro, Diamond, Sabre, and Fury. Maybe even Bionic.
- Ditch Bradley Walsh
- Bring back the old in game music, especially the Dual one
- Stop the Gladiators being so nice to the contenders
- Only use the fastest runner ups if they are needed as a substitute.

Binging through Money Heist at the moment and on season 3. Stunning and gripping TV, with Prison Break vibes (one of my favourite all time shows). They do a brilliant job building pretty much every on screen character.
Also been working through some South Korean shows on Netflix. Bloodhounds is great for a quick rip through with only 8 episodes. The Glory is also ace, and one of those psychological revenge thrillers that, unlike Handmaid's Tale, doesn't break you down until the hero finally gets their revenge. It's comeuppance aplenty!

Turmeric with honey. Turmeric with milk. Turmeric with Water. Turmeric.
Apparently turmeric fixes all ailments.. at least that's what all my aunts say.

I'm absolutely loving this series. Not only because of the nostalgic feeling every episode is giving me, but also because my kids are enjoying it with the same excitement as I used to (and still do!).
We need Generation Game next to complete our Saturday nights.

Whilst the Gladiators are not as good as the 90s, I can't remember the candidates being this good. Pretty much all of them are gym goers and have a job requiring high athleticism. I think this double whammy is making the challenges seem like a breeze for the candidates.
Definitely missing the original music too, but all in all it's great to have something we can watch as a family on Saturday nights!

As a United fan, whilst I know how awful it feels when Grandad leaves, I find this all absolutely hilarious.

I can't believe Parker is only 31. Feels as if he's been around for ages.
Great performance for him. It's refreshing when sometimes the genuine nice guys win.

I've not seen much of Leighton Bennett so I'm asking out of curiosity.. He's only 17. From the way you said "was destined to be", it sounds like you don't think he will eventually make it? Why?

With all the spotlight on Chelsea's outrageous spending, they must be applauded for flogging Mount and Havertz for 120m.

Trolls 3
Kids loved it and I thought it was pretty good too, with a great soundtrack. Two hours shorter than Killers of the Flower Moon, and twice as good.
-
I spent half a day watching Killers of the Flower Moon yesterday. I love most of Scorsese's films, but this was a real chore to get through. It's not even the 3hr 26m runtime, I just found it boring, and it didn't really kick on from a decent opening 30 mins. Really disappointed as I had high hopes.
Clearly I'm in the minority considering the widespread acclaim it's getting.

Apparently as soon as Spurs took the free kick, the decision couldn't be overturned.
Cracking match. As a United fan I'm getting most of my footy enjoyment from Spurs. What a team they've become.
To think, Maddison cost 30% less than Mount. Bissouma cost 58% less than Mount.

I still remember all the conspiracy theories back then. Tupac is still alive.. in his songs he says he'll "make a million and split".. how Makaveli was based on Machiavelli who faked his own death.. etc etc. There were folk that genuinely thought he was living large on an island somewhere, plotting his return in the near future. People still probably believe this.

Me and my wife just finished Veep. As a huge Alan Partridge fan I can't believe I held this off so long. So good, with brilliant character development, and as always with Armando Iannucci, it's the subtle, almost off camera moments that are the funniest.
On to The Thick of It and In the Loop now!

The biggest transfer of the summer has been completed. Peter Drury signs for Sky Sports! One of my favourite commentator. Surprised it's taken this long for him to land the big gig.
-
Their midfield is sickening now. Camavinga, Tchouameni, Bellingham, all 23 and under. Add to that the everlasting Modric.
-
As a United fan, I am so underwhelmed by these Mount rumours. I thought he was quite overrated even at his peak, but he has been nowhere for 12 months now (injuries or not). Can't help but feel the 60m odd could be better spent elsewhere.

This is so Berbatov.

They sacked Vieira on St Patrick's Day 😔

He was superb in The Harder They Fall, too, highly recommend that. Cracking western.
Absolutely agree. Brilliant film with some great performances all round. Superb soundtrack too.

It's Wrestlemania Season

It's not like for like comparing a two night show to a one night show, but this might be my favourite Wrestlemania end to end. It beats WM17 for me. Incredible and multiple feel good moments, amongst brilliant chaos.
What an incredible start and finish to Night 2!
