This is absolutely mental I did not see this one coming, paying that amount of money is also really shocking however I guess it shows the worth and level there still at and playing from. 

So it's just going to be raw live on netflix smackdown is going to remain on the same channels for now at least. And reading this thread the monthly ppvs are also going on netflix. 

Is this the end of the network then or it's a significant change and Less reason to subscribe and pay for it if there putting those shows on a service pretty much most people have already and are a paying customer of.

I fucking can't agree more with the comment above about priest. In the space of three hours they made Damian priest look like the fucking biggest Muppet on the roster.

He has teased cashing in for weeks now and pretty close after the opening segment you see priest backstage completely fucking oblivious that he and subsequently the judgment day have just missed the easiest cash in and title win they could ever imagine. What a genuine whopper

Then the main event happens and they get given twelve minutes from the bell to the end of the show and have priest on the go home episode of raw before the ROYAL RUMBLE throw truth through the middle rope not over the top to give him a last attempt at showing he's not a fucking moron and threw someone out the way it's needed on Saturday to win the match and get the mania main event.

It's mainly on priest but the entire team are also fucking stupid considering the entire world knew Seth was injured and coming to tell us what the future entails. Beyond stupid and that's a bold statement for the WWE 

Mate this is a fucking ppv. 

I didn't think last weekend was terrible but it just didn't have enough on it to make it properly feel like a UFC pay per view but fuck me this is exactly what you want and is very very strong.

I genuinely can't explain how much I want volk to get a decent victory here after the Islam fight previously and seeing him so visibly torn up and struggling with his mental health afterwards really did punch me in the heart. I am desperate for him to get a strong win and bring his confidence and self back where it should be.

That's what I'm thinking could be the route they possibly go down and have the title vacant and the winner of the rumble becomes the new champion. Only issue with that is there's people from both brands involved and while it's bollocks in the long haul there are some wrestlers exclusive to one show and haven't been seen on the other.

Could it potentially be done safely and have Seth open the show and say how extensive the injury is and that he's going to vacate and then have priest cash in and get the belt so it's not vacant without a champion

Oh mate I'm not for a second saying I like him as a wrestler or like him holding the belt however he has been putting a lot into it and trying to defend it as often as possible which is probably the main reason he's now got injured and having to miss out on wrestlemania season and the opportunity to main event one of the nights.

Looking forward to raw tonight but opening with Seth telling his future bums me out. He's going to vacate it and it's sad 

It's absolutely outrageous if Kurt angle has an episode but somehow Jeff hardy has evaded one yet again 

Watched the main event just because I'm absolutely obsessed with Will ospreay at the moment, it was a bloody good match and my first introduction to Josh Alexander and I didn't hate him but the entire last chunk of the match he felt like a wannabe Kurt angle, I'm guessing that comparison is intentional though. 

They really did kick it up a gear as they got to the finish and impressed me massively but how can you not enjoy a ospreay match with the run he's had the past year or so now incredible.

Watched the grizzled young vets match which was also enjoyable and fun it is so good to get those two back out there with the fantastic attitude and shit they didn't have a chance to have in the WWE 

Enjoyable I'll check out the next few weeks and see how it goes 

I am probably the furthest away from a fan of Seth but I do not want his title run to end this way because he has had some great matches and has in my opinion tried to pick up the slack and obvious and clear loss of the other top title holder not being around let alone defending the belt. 

Shortest presser ever man. Sean Strickland has gone from saying if he ever says what he said again he will stab him to being really respectful and saying je wants a deathmatch and stand up fight to the death bit of a turn but fair enough this fight has got me pretty pumped up tbh 

He's the guy who got the knockout in like six seconds or something in Pfl Paris and had a football team front row

This maybe just me but I am fucking hating drew mcyntire at the moment. Why does he keep stopping Damian cashing in..... what was the point this week, if anything he's facing priest next week so him successfully cashing in gave him another shot at the belt. It makes no sense and just makes him look like a dick 

Tbh I hate myself for saying this but I don't blame the Saudis for that. Like it's been said above the sheer amount of money they are paying for these crazy shows and super cards they definitely deserve much more than that so fair enough to them for knowing what they are paying and going to Dana and the UFC and reminding them of that fact and making them reschedule and give them what they are paying the ungodly amount for. 

Would this be the first time in history something like this has happened (a venue/country basically pulling the original date because the card is not fitting for the price and what they believe they deserve??) 

I wasn't well with my mental health this past weekend so I literally missed everything and I'm trying to catch up throughout the day and tonight. 

I watched bits of the main card the main event did feel deeper and personal because of the first fight and how it ended. I really like walker but I wasn't holding to much hope for him even with his unorthodox and tricky style Ankalaev is just that good.

fucking bring on this weekend and the first ppv of 2024. I'm completely torn and think DDP has got this but imagine if Strickland gets the fucking win it would truly be a unbelievable turn around in such a small amount of time.

I read on Facebook they are looking to air the new season late march which surely means they have already started working on it for it to be ready by then? 

I'm also hoping we get more good topics than bad because the last season was not strong overall 

I don't hate the replacement and new match up but it does feel like the top end of this division has been the same for such a long time now. I hope in future plans they try to put more into it and try and get some exciting new emerging fighters to breathe some life into the division again 

I was speaking to my fiance before and said one of the rumours is Brock coming back and I looked at his UFC history and completely forgot he main evented both UFC 100 and UFC 200 so it would be cool and pretty big if he main evented 300 too I've seen big Tom talking about him and that would be fucking ridiculous but there isn't a clear route to expect it's being kept so hush hush 

It's definitely a rarity situation for the UFC to only have a small amount of fights announced for this when every other show is full and out there. 

It's clearly a show that won't struggle to sell out instantly anyway but I dunno if it's a different game plan from them and slowly announce the fights because they can and don't have to worry about sales or the top of the ppv is proving more difficult to book and be worthy like Dana said the entire thing will be 

I'll say and prefix this with in my opinion..... 

CM punk returning to the WWE has instantly made promo's fucking good and real again. I have missed none word for word scripted promo's which feel forced and to stupid or nonsensical but that promo with drew made me beg for more and now going into the rumble you have something there for me again to look forward to and not a single punch was thrown just a slight tip of the hat to real life and I feel excited for something i didn't give a fuck about with drew recently moaning about how much he deserves a title shot even when he did lose clean last week.

God I didn't fucking realise how much I love Phil brooks lol 

I personally can't believe that Roman was on smackdown and did that final run in for the finish of the main event but didn't get in there and speak about the rock and what was said at all on raw. Not at all what we have seen from Roman his entire reign and personally it doesn't come off great with him ignoring it completely.

Anyways I will be absolutely watching raw live tonight with CM PUNK being there and on the show. I know it's been debated on here previously but do we reckon we will see a in ring outing from PUNK before he goes in for the rumble. 

Personally he has blown me away with his work in AEW and I know he can still go in there but I dunno a small outing in a tag match before he goes in for the rumble would be good.

Jesus fuck that UFC 299 show is ridiculous. They must be fucking confident with the UFC 300 card after it to stack this one the way they have. Also I do think it needed a big strong co main with it being the first Sean o malley main event as champion card just to make sure it really pulls 

The only person in the universe I am dreading it happening too is Ozzy Osbourne he is my absolute hero/idol and my wife openly admits she is dreading that day when it comes because I will be in bits 

Absolutely fucking insane honestly I'm really torn with this because of how much I love Francis. On one hand he originally went into that fight with Tyson and had the entire world saying he had no chance to get the opportunity to even throw a punch close to Tyson and only a mind boggling small amount was behind him and knew how dangerous he is.

Straight after that fight he is getting offered another truck load of money to go in once again with a former world champion and a massive figure in current top level boxing which feels so good he is getting the attention and respect he deserves.

But he said his next fight would be back in a cage and I wanted that so much too because we haven't seen MMA Francis for so so long now it is how this shit goes I know that but the original fanbase suffers and has to wait God knows how long to see him in the octagon again 

Don't know about anyone else but I'm slightly interested and intrigued to watch the 2024 preview show from the WWE network in a hour they announced it on raw and during raw said hhh is appearing and will be announcing a special announcement during.

Not sure if it will turn out to be anything worth being slightly intrigued but after he teased and hyped up the return of the rock on raw over twitter he has my trust
