Really looking forward to this card actually the Main and Edwards vs Masvidal will be fantastic!
Anyone else find that Gillian Robertson weirdly fit or just me?
-
Will be watching from midnight, that one hour earlier start time is a bloody godsend. Main should be finished by 4 hopefully if there are finishes.

The UFC 267-269 stretch of PPV's is unreal.
Can't work out which PPV is better overall, leaning towards 268 but Poirier vs Oliveira should be amazing.

With that 'Brock Lesnar Fan' guy surely it's not the same t-shirt from 2012 that he always seems to wear?
I just don't get why these people think they are some kind of big deal, its baffling.

I do love a bit of Kayla Braxton, she's another who seem to be getting harassed by stalkers and what not lately in America.

It’s because Mania is outdoors, simple as that. It’s still far too soon for full arenas yet, NXT only has around 50+ at the Performance Centre (though they made extra seating for Takeover) and AEW only has around 1500 at Daily’s Place even though that’s pretty much outdoors
UFC is going to be the big tester for arena shows in 2 weeks time when they run Vegas
They are in Jacksonville for 261 in 2 weeks then in Houston for 262. I think the plan for next Vegas event is 264 (McGregor vs Poirier) on July 10th.

updated* people now suspecting it was an April Fools joke, and Dana decided to play along. What is going on😄🤷🏻♂️
Yeah I seen that aswell haha, do America celebrate April Fools all day unlike here which ends at 12pm normally?
It does seem a bit suspect that its happened so quick.

Anyone catch Dana on the post fight presser say Derrick Lewis next is the fight to make? I'm guessing he's either baiting Jon Jones or something has happened with that fight.
He also mentioned wanting to Conor vs DP 3 in Vegas on the July 10th PPV (264?) with Gaethje maybe as a backup.

Ngannou is a bad bad man.
He looked fantastic compared to the first fight, poor Stipe.

I'm probably going to stay up and watch it live with it being a 2am start, excellent stuff.

The Pinnacle are already one of my favourite factions of all time. They’re awesome. Hopefully the introduction of nicknames for FTR stick, too. Phase their previous names out. Cash Money and Dax the Axes are far better.
No chance unless they replace Shawn Spears with someone, he looks terrible and out of place.

Gargano storming out of Regal’s office and shouting, “I’m not closing your door!” was hilarious. It’s night and day watching Gargano and Ciampa hang around NXT long past their sell by date. Whilst Ciampa has just lingered like a bad smell, Gargano has managed to develop a great little niche as the daft, goofy prick.
I thought the, “security footage,” of Adam Cole confronting Kyle O’Reilly at his BJJ class was a nice, fresh approach. Actually made sense for them to have footage of the incident without an invisible camera man being there. The way they’ve styled Kyle, though. I can’t get over it.“We can give you eight pound cash or thirteen pound store credit.”
It's the Joy Division shirt, do you reckon he's ever listened to them?

Is that actually true though? Is there evidence of Total Divas, Total Bellas or Miz and Mrs causing any noticeable increase in related demographics for WWE from a ratings point of view?
You can watch The Voice without having any desire to buy music by the winner (like most viewers of that show do) or RuPaul's Drag Race without any desire to watch a drag show. Dynamite is unlikely to add anything to the viewing experience of a Rhodes to the Top viewer.
Plus, they'll have enough on their viewing schedules when Rhodes to the Top: Dark and Rhodes to the Top: Dark Elevation launch.
I know Total Bellas/Divas is on over here and there's a couple of people I know that have told me they enjoy watching it but think WWE is shite.

When did Kurt Angle get inducted into the HOF, was it 2017?
More to the point who's the biggest names not actually in it? Just Undertaker, Rock, Triple H, Cena?

Well Jordan Vucenic got the win, I think he might have edged it overall but it was a very close call. Jordan just started off so well and gain confidence from that but Morgan never got going for so long, the French fans are losing their minds on twitter though.

yeh, hes got a tough fight tonight. Charriere is abit of star in his own right. Apparently he's a bit of a celebrity and had a big youtube following. People were surprised he re-signed with Cage Warriors as they'd expected him to goto the UFC but the plan apparently is to have him headline a Cage Warriors show in Paris. Pandemic ballsed that up though for now.
Yeah I've seen he's got a large following of French fans but its MMA so you never fully know what's going to happen.
-
That Jordan Vucenic is from my town so I'm hoping he gets the win tonight. His last fight to get the title match was a bit of 50/50 so I'm not sure he's got enough to win the title just yet but I'm pulling for him.
Just a shame there's no fans because I'm sure he'd get a few thousand going to see him.

Been meaning to say this for a while but keep forgetting.
Cody's music is shit.
Was it Revolution last year the band that sing it 'performed' live?
It was tragic.

Kenny Omega just isn't good on the mic at all is he? He either just about scrapes by or he devolves into some goofy idiot. Thank god Callis is there because if he wasn't who is taking this noodle-haired idiot seriously as world champ?
Yeah I'm 50/50 on him to be fair. He's good as an obnoxious heel but it does seem a bit movie villain/video game boss bad sometimes, he does have some comedic moments like Dynamite with the '69 me Don' part but I just dunno if he's supposed to be a bit of a goofy idiot or not.

Most Fridays I used to watch Smackdown at 10, so my dad after having a couple of drinks would go bed about 10.30 so I had to listen to him complain about 'How they always talk at the beginning for 20 minutes' or if someone goes for a top rope move 'It's going to end in disaster'. Plus the fact he thought the women's wrestlers were utter shite just caps it off.
My dad also listens to Talksport and last year he knew The Undertaker was retiring because they were talking about it on there which was slightly odd, my dad thought he retired in 2010 though.
Me and my brother would also go my nans on Saturdays with tapes off last night's Raw and she knows of Mr. Mcmahon, Undertaker, Rock, Austin still.

I'm pretty sure the WWF metal sticker book was the first one I owned, the stickers were all pictures from 2000 I think.

Was the AJ match good from WM35? I was there but can't really remember it at all, which probably says everything.
