What time and day is the first showing of NXT on Sky sports? As its's repeated throughout the week and the synopsis never changes I can't tell which is first. Thanks.
Thursday Nights after the Raw repeat.

Now The Phenom doesn't like it. So it'll definitely be good.
Charmed. Putting my hurt feelings aside, don't get your hopes up for a good show just becuase I said it's bad. I was expecting something decent, and have been let down.

Just gave this a try and ended up not liking it at all, Tyson Kidd Vs. Michael What's His Name, was so incredibly dull and boring it's unreal. I found the bit in the toilets with those two skinny annoying looking guys to be a bit creepy, all of the vignettes were shit, none of them have ANY personalities what so ever, and it was just all too painful to sit through. I'll pass on this next time.

He did say that he respects the guy though, which I wouldn't have expected.

Argh shit. I was really looking forward to this to watch at the weekend as well. Here is a thought, what happens when certain things on the show becomes out of date by the time it's aired?
SPOILER - Highlight the black box to read
Like R Truth will be coming out with his Tag Team Title on Episode 3. What if in the real world, he and Kofi have lost them by then? Or even if some of the main roster names like Jinder Mahal or someone like that are released before, would the matches not be used?

When is nxt first shown each week on tv?
I looked it up the other day to record it, it's late Thursday Night after the Raw repeat.
-
Oh I see, I wonder if Bischoff minded that Van Dam appeared on that show in the middle of the agreement. And thanks for the answers.
-
I'm sure I've heard that Rob Van Dam was signed by WCW in late 2000, how was he allowed to appear at ECW Guilty As Charged 2001? Did they release him before he debuted or something?
-
The new arena looks beautiful, I'm really looking forward to seeing it in action now!
-
Will the new version of the show be airing here next Thursday night after the Raw repeat then? It will be my first NXT since the one where Daniel Bryan beat up Michael Cole, I hope all of the dodgy assault courses and that are not still a part of the show.
-
I'm sure they do, when ever something gets on camera on Raw that they don't want shown on the repeats or international airings, they just edit in a different angle. Like if a Benoit or WWF sign gets shown, or when Jericho did Hogan's ear wave thing on the Monday Night Wars 2.0 Raw they went on to a shot of the Big Show instead if I remember the details correctly.Would WWE have footage from all of the camera angles of the events they have?
-
OK cheers, I went ahead and bought that.Yeah it does. havnt watched it for ages as I went off RVD but its a good dvd with decent extras, like getting his mould taken for his wwe figures and stuff like that.
-
Does the Rob Van Dam DVD that WWE put around 2004 have the full matches? Becuase I know some of them from around that time (the Cage match one for instance) joins in progress.
-
Oh, I might have to give this a try when they make the move. It all sounds very interesting! Are they still going to keep the NXT name I wonder?

Best place to buy a blank card for a sign to take to the 02 Raw on Monday? Cheapness ought to be considered too.
I got mine for

Slightly linked to this, wasn't there an episode of Raw about 3, maybe 4 years ago when they did a 'live via satellite' promo between a wrestler in the ring and somebody supposedly backstage, but their whole segment on the screen had been pre-recorded so there were awkward moments of overlapping between the speeches? Something tells me it might have been a Santino skit, but it could have been something a bit more serious.
Â
Sorry the details are so vague, but I've only just remembered it.
One that comes to mind is from Smackdown in July 2009, where Edge had injured himself at a House Show and was on the tron talking to his tag team partner at the time Chris Jericho. They had an argument about Edge being the weak link of the pair or something like that, but there was delays and over-talking.

I've just found a Triple Threat Dark Match filmed by someone in the crowd, from after the Raw taping in Toronto's Skydome from February 1997. It's Shawn Michaels defending the title against Bret Hart and Sycho Sid. It starts just after the end of Raw's main event which is at the start of the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqjLvROJqMI...024RVAAAAAAAAAg

That's pretty good news. Even though I never watch TNA anymore, I'm always willing to dip my toe back in the water to see if it's right for me again. It's nice to have it there just in case they ever decide to put some good stuff out. Then again, a raid of the roster would have meant Jeff Hardy and Beer Money would most likely have been picked up by the WWE.
-
That's brilliant.

I thought that I'd share this match as it's great. It's The Steiner Brothers Vs. Booker T & DDP from a Nitro in March 2001, I really know what it is about it, but it's just wonderful. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52rW24x7yEA...f1cFUAAAAAAAOAA

When did Sting become a born again Christian?

Finally got around to watching WrestleMania X-7 on the Anthology DVDs. Limp Bizkit has been totally edited out, does anyone know why they did this? Ruined the main event for me.
Because it's cheaper for them to dub it over with production music, than to pay royalties to Fred Durst.

But if I remember what I have read about it correctly, the original agreement was made in 1994. They didn't introduce this New Generation Logo until early 1995:
But they can still show that un-edited, so that's a bit confusing.

This sort of goes back to Kurt's face and heel turns in the WWE. During the Kurt/Triple H/Stephanie Love Triangle, which of the two guys where supposed to be the face? After The Rock left that picture post Summerslam mind.
