  1. Head Drop presents it's follow-up wrestling show, a throwback to the classic televised British wrestling of the 70s and 80s, with a modern attitude and pace. Some of the top stars of British wrestling will be in action, such as Chris Brookes, Cara Noir, Laura Di Matteo and many more.

Featuring six huge matches, Head Drop's second show will pay tribute to the great British tradition of pro wrestling, whilst shining a light on some of the most athletic and gifted young wrestlers on the scene. Full lineup to be announced via social media. Card subject to change.

There will be some seats available but these will be limited. Venue has very easy access from the London Underground, Overground, National Rail and bus services.

  2. That's the same arena they're using for SummerSlam the next night isn't it? Don't think there's another room in there so be interesting to see what the setup is or maybe they think they can sell 15K tickets.

Would make sense for ROH to move their show to the afternoon I would have thought.

ROH have done this before - I was in NYC back in 2011 and when WWE announced a house show at MSG, ROH pushed their show that they had on the same day back to the afternoon so that fans could see both.

  3. Stew was an absolute diamond, I spent some great times with him traveling, going to shows and just bullshitting on the phone about stuff. I read the news on my phone earlier and burst in to tears, I'm lucky in a way that death hasn't affected me too much in my own life thus far but this really hit me hard. As already said, you can tell from Facebook and Twitter just how much Stew meant to everyone that he met, and even those that hadn't met him in person but spoke to him online. I'm better for having known him.

  4. Oh one last thought, has Mojo been made to look like a massive idiot like this in the last few weeks too or was this Rusev beat down the first time he has been decimated like that? It caught me off guard as last time I saw him he was mowing through CJ Parker and guys of his standing.

First time, he's run through everyone he's worked up until the angle with Rusev.

  5. Does he ever use 'froot'?

I rarely listen to the intros and outros for all the reasons mentioned, but I did hear him drop it once I'm sure. Not as regularly as "The TWITTAH" though. That being said, the interviews are usually pretty great, Jericho knows his stuff and gets a lot out of the guests.

  6. Clash 3 is awesome, never heard any comments about it before be it positive or negative, but every match is worth your time, especially Brad Armstrong vs Mike Rotunda and Doc/Nikita vs The Sheepherders. Clash 7 is pretty great too, and is held in front of a crazy hot crowd who go nuts for pretty much everything and have probably been drinking since noon.

  7. Daniel Bryans momentum is gone as well, circumstances have killed him. The next few weeks are massive for him if he's gonna stay at the top. Not looking good.

How many times has this been said before though? He's over as hell, and that isn't really going to change based on a three to four week distraction of a feud with Kane.

  8. Yeah, the most disappointing thing post-Mania for me is the handling of Cesaro. Granted he's been pretty protected which is great, but the pair don't have the same "click" as Heyman does with Lesnar. It might really take off (the Real Americans took a while for me to get in to as a unit, too) but for the time being it does nothing for me aside from the potential of more Zeb/Heyman interaction. Shame, as Cesaro in the ring is bloody marvelous.

  9. I really liked the opening segment and the following tag title match. With the latter, I was really surprised that both teams got full entrances and also the proper introductions for a title match. Ropey name aside, Rybaxel are a fun team and the Usos are both really good and over with most crowds, including this one. In fact, I was digging the hell out of Titus vs Sheamus until it just ended. They had a pretty great match on Main Event last week, and I'm hoping that this is the start of something for Titus, even if it didn't get the best initial push.

Everything else, save for little moments like Heyman grabbing Zeb's 'tache and the announcement of the WeeLC match, I wasn't a big fan of.
