Last Tuesday, after a year of antibiotics, dentist visits and a surgery, I literally got my smile back, by which I mean I finally got my dentures. It feels so good to be able to go out without wearing a mask to cover up the mess that was my mouth, worry about eating in a restaurant, hell, even feeling a breeze on my face! Gotta tell ya lads and lasses, I am pretty happy right now.

    Good for you mate.

I love reading people's good news.

  2. About twenty years I was on a bus heading east from Duke Street in Glasgow.

This snooty, cheeky cunt gets on and she lets the driver have it as the previous bus hadn't turned up and her complaint would be about the bus company and the poor bastard driving

After finally shutting her mouth she turns and demand Malcolm, her poor husband, join her.

I thought they had got off at Carntyne Road.

    You can guess what follows.

As I'm getting off I say to the driver  "Hymn going to Komplayne abouwt thees serrrrrrviisss shit.  That's not her real accent and imagine being that poor cunt Malcolm"

I then saw the driver point behind me.

As he drove away and they stood next to me he was crying with laughter.

Not sure which one I'll get, probably the home but I like them both a lot. The last home kit was decent enough but bland, the away kit was pretty poor. These ones stand out, look different. I think the home reminds me of Euro 96 without directly copying it and giving a much more modern vibe to it. Some of the old gits are moaning on twitter but they wouldn't buy one anyway.

    Both are beautiful.

I say, Fred Elliott has died

In my last job a Manager called Ashley thought it would be hilarious to do the Huw, Puw Trumpton gag.  I have heard this a fair few times in my fifty years. Trust me on that.

As a reply I always called her 'Ah say Ashley lad" until she begged me to stop.

I've got two questions for all the wrestling history buffs on here. What prominent 80s wrestlers started wrestling pre 1960? And we're there many/any wrestlers that were wrestling way back in the 20s to 40s still active in the 80s or even later. I o ow Lou Thez had a match in the 90s and Moolah is probably a good example but are there any others?

Abdullah the Butcher started in 1959.

The snooker is going to Saudi in March for the first time but with a new ball. Mad idea. But I could see Ronnie getting a 167 break tbf.

I've read a few articles but none of them have stated where it will be placed or and consequences of a foul involving said ball.  Can a player pot by cannoning a red or colour off this new ball?

    It's bizarre.

Sad day for all Blues with Mr Kenwright’s passing, the last few years soured things for a lot of the fanbase but absolutely no one would have wished not one but two types of cancer on the man

The rumours had been doing the rounds all afternoon and there had been an air of things not being too good as the club had put out a statement about a week or so ago that he’d been hospitalised to remove a tumour from his liver but it still hit like a body blow when the club made the official sad announcement around 5

The amount of tributes that have come in show the standing the man had not just in the football world but in entertainment and as a human being, from dignitaries such as former and current players to rival clubs to big names like Sir Ian McKellan to even Basil Brush and people who had touched Bill’s heart to the point he donated to causes like the Bradley Lowrey Foundation and a mum who’s daughter he had donated £50k to for live saving treatment

Appropriately the first game the club plays after today’s sad news is at West Ham on Sunday, managed by the man most synonymous with Bill’s chairmanship, David Moyes with the first Goodison game, against Burnley next Wednesday, expected to be highly emotional

This has been doing the rounds all evening, his famous line from his speech at the 2013 Hillsborough memorial at Anfield and summed up his humanity

    What a beautiful tribute.

It's quite weird that the people who would have once said "gay" about half of these things are now too woke to say "gay" and say "woke" instead.

    I guess that's progress?

Peter Tatchell often quotes how rather kids getting their cunt kicked in for being gay (or whatever derivative of that word) now kids still get their cunts kicked in for being LBGT+.
