Almighty Thor, released in 2011. While Marvel gave us Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Anthony Hopkins as Odin & Tom Hiddleston as Loki SyFy & The Asylum gave us Kevin Nash as Odin, Richard Grieco as Loki and a confused-looking Cody Deal as Thor.

You can watch the film here:

Didnt realise it was proven? I thought it was just alleged.

I was talking about the point I made.

And as far as points go, there's no point in my replying anymore really, is there? Seth Meyers Goodbye GIF by Late Night with Seth Meyers

  3. Here's my take on the whole legal action thing.

I'm currently engaged in a legal dispute with my ex-boss over unpaid wages and other monies owed to me. I won the case last year, but the case is still ongoing, proceedings having been delayed by the current coronavirus situation.

That's all I can say on this matter. I've been advised not to say anything until the matter is finally resolved.

If legal advice had been sought they would probably been advised to remain silent as well, especially on social media.

    Im really confused reading this

It appears like you are trying to drive traffic towards your blog, to see 'what really happened'

I'm sorry that you have been treated like crap, whatever happened? I vaguely remember a meltdown over something in Cromer, but aside from that I'm not sure. Genuinely not got a clue. Cant remember most of 2012-16 So if was then. Im sorry

Perhaps it's better to talk to the authorities about it, or at least not try and make light of others very very personal stories so you can monetise it. It seems very off and Im trying to work out what your post was trying to get at as its not in keeping with what has come before

    I'll quite happily stand corrected.

If people want to think that I only spoke out on here so I could get a few more hits on my blog then so be it, I'm not going to argue with them.

  5. You know, I wasn't going to say anything here, but screw it, I've got nothing to lose.

A few years ago I wrote about the verbal and emotional abuse I had recieved from the Knight family and their associates after I left WAW, about all of the lies and the rumours that were floating around about me back then. Nobody believed a word I said. Nobody in the business, none of the so-called friends I'd made supported me when I left and when I wrote that piece. All I got was even more abuse.

This forum had a field day, poking fun at me, insulting me even further and heaping more misery on me. It even got to the point where a Facebook page was set advocating violence against me, a page that was liked by several people connected to the Knight family.

If truth be known I could have written about a hell of a lot more, but I didn't. I really didn't want the hassle, because I knew that if I mentioned any of it the Knight family would just deny it and go on about the support they gave me when I was working through my mental health problems, and that some of the people on this forum would insult and ridicule me even more.

Despite all of this I used to give the Knight family credit for what they did for me, that was until one of their number (I won't say who) posted on Facebook that I had faked my mental health problems all of those years ago. They then accused me of something else I won't go into here. Needless to say that what they said about my illness was a complete load of rubbish, and I could easily back this up by getting copies of my medical records from 2001 to 2005. (Don't go looking for that post. It was made during a conversation on another wrestler's Facebook account, and I asked him to delete the post because of what had been said about me.)

If truth be known I only put the WAW-related material back on my blog because I knew that with the release of their film I could get a few more hits and perhaps show a few people just what I'd done for their company. I guess the thing I really wanted was for the Knight family to acknowledge what I'd done for their company, which is something they've refused to do. Indeed, if you look at the history page of the WAW website you'll see that there's nothing listed from 2002 until 2005.

When I saw Charlie Morgan's post this morning, and I saw what others had posted and who had liked those posts I finally felt, after all these years, that a burden had been lifted from my shoulders. I know that what I went through is nothing compared to what others have gone through at the hands of the Knight family, but what these women have done, and what others have done with the emergence of the #SpeakingOut movement is incredibly brave and courageous. They all have my respect and admiration, and I applaud them for their efforts.

To one of the forum members who apologised for the things they said about me in that thread a few years back, thank you for your courage and honesty. But to those who ridiculed, insulted and laughed at me for what I said, shame on you UK Fan Forum, shame on you.

Still makes me tense up, as I remember forcing myself to read the whole thing (after abandoning it twice).

Should I ever find myself drowning in self-loathing again, I've still got Anglo Force to read.

I'm glad you enjoy my old work. Sorry I haven't posted any of it on my blog for a while, but this dicky ticker of mine has been playing up recently. Not exactly feeling 100% at the moment.

And if you enjoyed my story about the newsagents keep an eye on my blog. Next year is the 20th anniversary of The Two Sheds Review. I'm thinking of writing a series of articles to mark this grand occasion. I've already come up with a few topics, such as:

Untrue rumours that have been doing the rounds for years, and how people still believe them even though they've been debunked by those involved.

Moo, Moj and the "cool cats" of the UKFF.

How the UK Fan Forum really isn't relevant these days.

Watch this space, because I probably won't.

  7. I started episode one of the New Gen pods the other day and lasted five minutes. It was rotten. Wooden delivery from a guy with the personality of a dead pig.

It sounded like a conversation between Julian Radbourne and his imaginery friends.

Nice to see you still remember me after all these years Rick. :D

  8. Heads up on the current VIVA Bellator TV schedule:

Fight Master is being shown Mondays to Thursdays for the next few of weeks at 11pm. Episode 1-4 this week, episodes 5-8 the following week, then the final 2 episodes the Monday and Tuesday after.

The next Bellator event, which I think is the 7th September Bellator 98 card, is being shown...on Friday 20th September. That's right, a good ol' fashioned 12 day delay.

The Sky guide is showing that Bellator is on next Friday night.

  9. RIP Henry Cooper

    Sad Day for Boxing

My Dad loved the guy. He loved the moment when he knocked Ali down in 1963, and like countless other British boxing fans hated Joe Bugner when he beat him and retired him in 1971.

    RIP our 'Enry.
