I've just searched and found your thread, but there's quite a few already in last years league, thought this would be the best way to get the most people in the same place.  If anyone wants to play this year, go to http://fantasy.premierleague.com, sign up (or sign in from last time), and join the UKFF league. If you were in it last year, you'll automatically be placed in it this year too.
