Triple H Reviews

Just finished reading Statto's review of Triple H vs. Taker (I'll give ShortOrderCook's a go when I have time). I've not been in the mindset to watch any wrestling lately. I've watched bits of Raws on YouTube and checked out the UK Double F, but I've still got a load of sealed DVDs that I've refrained from opening and episodes of Nitro on my hard drive that I've refrained from watching (though I've only now started '96. '95 was awful so it's put me off a bit).

But having read that review, it's made me appreciate again how great wrestling can be. I was at the event but, though the atmosphere was awesome, the intricacies were lost on me live. I didn't have one of those ear pieces with the commentary which I kind of regret now too. Having watched it back last year, I appreciated it more but it's been a while since I've seen it. This review has reminded me of the things I'd forgotten and makes me want to watch it again now.

Fantastic reviews so far guys. I'm not a fan of Triple H at all but Sphinx just mentioned appreciating wrestling as a result, and this amazing thread has made me appreciate Triple H's abilities as a wrestler and storyteller. Bret is indeed, completely wrong. I'm very thankful because now I can enjoy the upcoming match against Lesnar.
