Mick didn't respond well to my 'Cactus Sack' comment when talking about his time in Japan, which my mates found hilarious.

Everyone loves those people at comedy shows that shout out comments & their mates find them hilarious; especially puns - nothing is smarter than a pun. I wish I could sit beside you at every show you go to!

Your lucky, I don't go to many.

I wouldn't say I was heckling, it was regarding the subject he was talking about so I see no harm. Besides you read it wrong, my mates found it hilarious because he verbally slapped me down.

I didn't say you were heckling - I said you were shouting out stuff. Keep doing it though - everyone loves "that guy" in the crowd. People get extra jokes for their money - so everyone wins!

Besides you read it wrong, my mates found it hilarious because he verbally slapped me down.

Then remove that part of my sentence, and my point still reads:

Nice to know how blissfully unaware you are that 90% of the crowd want to stab people like you in the face when they shout out their own 'hilarious' jokes at shows. And people like you always have excuses like "yeah, but I was funny - others usually aren't" or "but everyone laughed, so it was fine" or "but it was on-topic, so it actually added to the show" or "I spoke to the comedian afterwards and he was fine with it - he even said I should get into comedy myself".

Considering he does encourage crowd participation, and the one thing I shouted wasn't a dig or a joke but an acknowledgement for something I enjoyed, you can stop talking out of your ass.

How am I talking out of my ass? Is that how you deflect what I said; just claim I'm "talking shit"? I didn't make anything up - I replied based on info you gave me.

Since you're unaware of how fucking irritating it is when idiots shout stuff from the crowd at comedy shows, maybe we should do a poll in Off-Topic to gauge peoples opinion on the subject.

I enjoyed the show last night. The show doesn't really know what it wants to be, there's no real theme and it just go from random wrestling story to standup routine, some of the standup falls flat but i think thats alot down to the fact that people are waiting for wrestling gags the entire time. I would be happy to hear Foley just chat wrestling for 2 hours (as would i assume 90% of the audience). Its a decent night out though, i would never recommend it to a non-fan thou29th.

As for the dude Foley had thrown out, it was fairly uncomfortable. The dude was heckling all night and Foley clearly got annoyed and asked for the guy to be thrown out, he then decided to allow the guy one more chance, dude just started heckling again and Foley had him thrown, he tried to make light of the situation but i thought overall it was pretty uncomfortable and awkward.

I took the girlfriend tonight. Before he came on I was doing a little standard trivia with her. I asked what Foley's three alter egos were and she said "Mean Mick, The Puppet Master and The Lumberjack."

Highlight of the night was when she made him wince by sticking out her split tongue. I doubt many girls have made Mick say "ouch that had to hurt." He then made a few pervy comments at her and we left. I also managed to get my sock signed and he drew a little face on for me.

Good times
