Set in the regal times of King Naresuan, Tony JAA plays Tien a man who was born into nobility but had it stripped from him after his parents were brutally murdered. During his childhood Tien learned Khon, a form of dance which is usually reserved for royalty.

Although he didn't know it yet Khon would later prove to be an invaluable aide to him. After seeing his parents murdered at the tender age of 10, Tien is forced to live on the streets where he is eventually captured by a group of thieves who take him in and teach him how to steal and fight. Tien expertise as a thief and fighter grows and it isn't long before he is made head thief.

Then Tien sees something that makes his stomach churn. A competition is being held to find the best knights to serve under the very man who had killed Tien's parents all those years ago. Tien passes the tests easily and is made Lord Rachasana's 2nd Knight.
Now, he has his opportunity to strike but he will have to use all his skill and ingenuity if he is going to get his revenge on the man who killed his parents."

The girl (Nitcharee Wimistanat) trained with Panna Rittikrai. She looks about 10 but I'm sure she can kick some serious ass nonetheless.

Good Luck Chuck - "Chuck (Dane Cook) refused to kiss a goth girl when he was ten, and she placed a curse on him: every single woman he sleeps with breaks up with him and marries the next man she meets. Chuck soon realizes this pattern and becomes hopeful that single women will seek him out as a date, so they too will soon find Mr. Right. He then meets Cam Wexler (Jessica Alba), a lovable but clumsy penguin trainer. However he finds himself in a pickle as she constantly tries to convince him to have sex, but he doesn't want her to marry someone else."

Great stunts, shitty plot. The best part was when Nathan Jones, for no reason whatsoever, throws Jaa's elephant through a window which just happened to be there.

They're remaking enter the dragon.

Read about it this morning, totally pointless. Who the hell is going to fill Bruce Lee's boots?

They're doing it as a noir though. Something different I suppose.

"I'm surprised it took this long before someone got the bright idea to remake ENTER THE DRAGON but nonetheless we've finally got an announcement today. At least they've decided to put an interesting spin on the original Bruce Lee classic. Warner Independent has hired Kurt Sutter ("The Shield") to write and direct AWAKEN THE DRAGON, a noir-style remake of ENTER THE DRAGON. Noir-style? Yup. Sutter says that he's writing his DRAGON around an FBI agent who follows a rogue Shaolin monk into a world of underground martial arts fights. He explains the film will be more RAGING BULL than CROUCHING TIGER. An American actor will be cast as the FBI agent while Sutter looks to discover a kung fu talent a la Bruce Lee. I'm not sure I see how this is much of a remake of ENTER THE DRAGON, but it's certainly more intriguing than just a straight up remake. Creativity has got to count for something..."
