Guest Josh Jenkins
It's not just about Batman and Iron Man next year...Which is why 15 other posters were posted before Iron Man was even mentioned.
IrishDave
I think it's because it's another comic book adaptation.
ultimo the great
God i hope this is as good as it sounds, although looking at the casting it could stink  In a sleepy, secluded Alaska town called Barrow, the sun sets and doesn't rise for over thirty consecutive days and nights. From the darkness, across the frozen wasteland, an evil will come that will bring the residents of Barrow to their knees. The only hope for the town is the Sheriff (Josh Hartnett) and Deputy (Melissa George), a husband and wife who are torn between their own survival and saving the town they love.   I like the cover of the book more   Terrible tag line "He's Dead. He Lives."  El Muerto (or alternatively, The Dead One) is a live-action indie film based on the independent comic, El Muerto (aka El Muerto - The Aztec Zombie by Javier Hernandez). The film was written and directed by Brian Cox with Javier Hernandez serving as Associate-Producer. It stars Wilmer Valderrama, Angie Cepeda, and Joel David Moore.  New Ang Lee. Very classy, kind of dull but who cares it stars Tony Leung   Marilyn Manson's directorial debut. Stars the lovely(but way to young)Evan Rachel Wood  Tagline: "The sleep of reason produces monsters"  Crap poster but this could be good Oliver Hirschbiegel's a good director  This WILL be the next great christmas movie   This will rule you all

Moderators Astro Hollywood Posted August 2, 2007 Moderators Share Posted August 2, 2007 Phantasmagoria doesn't look like it'll ever happen :(Principal photography hasn't even started yet, and has been put off until Manson finishes touring in December at the earliest. Probably go the way of the Holy Wood movie.
CaptainCharisma
The Kingdom [ http://www.apple.com/trailers/universal/thekingdom/ ] : This film will kick ass. Â The Strangers "The film stars Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman and takes place over 4 hours as their night is interrupted by a knock at the door and the living hell that comes with it -- three masked crazies torment the couple by trying to get in the house to kill them." CaptainCharisma
Good Luck Chuck - "Chuck (Dane Cook) refused to kiss a goth girl when he was ten, and she placed a curse on him: every single woman he sleeps with breaks up with him and marries the next man she meets. Chuck soon realizes this pattern and becomes hopeful that single women will seek him out as a date, so they too will soon find Mr. Right. He then meets Cam Wexler (Jessica Alba), a lovable but clumsy penguin trainer. However he finds himself in a pickle as she constantly tries to convince him to have sex, but he doesn't want her to marry someone else."
