As of Monday 20th October 2014 Pitbull Pro Wrestling, based in Folkestone, Kent, will be merging with leading British promotion 4 Front Wrestling (4FW). This deal is a part of 4FW’s continued expansion throughout the UK and means Pitbull Pro will now be operating under the 4 Front Wrestling name. This is more than just a name change for Pitbull Pro, this deal ensures the continuation of top class wrestling shows in and around the Folkestone area and improved event production. Pitbull Pro founder Matthew Huntley, working alongside 4FW management, will continue to be involved in promoting and running events in the South East and believes having access to world class talent and event setup will result in an even better experience for wrestling fans. Five shows to be held at the Hawkinge Community Centre have been confirmed for 2015

Owen Phoenix

The current 4FW Junior Heavyweight champion, Owen Phoenix, is a determined young fighter who will never back down, always showing heart in the heat of a battle. Win, lose or draw you can guarantee Phoenix will rise up to any challenge that comes his way. Phoenix has experience beyond his years having travelled all over the world to face some of the biggest names in professional wrestling such as Kenny Omega, Kid Kash, WWEs Finn Balor and has even squared off against Japanese legends The Ultimo Dragon, The Great Sasuke and Taka Michinoku during tours of Japan with popular Japanese promotion Michinoku Pro Wrestling.

At Fusion 2015 the spirited competitor will defend his championship against ‘The Sheik’ Tiger Ali in a grudge match that could determine the best Junior Heavyweight wrestler in the company’s 10 year history. Both men have held the championship twice and have had many confrontations during their storied rivalry; this may well be the battle to end the war between these two young combatants.

TigerAlicopy_zps75d5d902.png

Tiger Ali

Tiger Ali is arguably the very best pound for pound wrestler in the U.K. today, his intensity and skill in the ring is often unrivalled, however, Ali’s disrespect and distain for his opponents and wrestling fans is equally unmatched. The indiscriminately hateful Ali has perfected his craft around the world, having trained in the U.K. at the 4FW Academy, in Japan at  Michinoku Pro, the KaiEnTai Dojo as well as in Mexico at Toryumon and has completed numerous tours in Japan, Dubai, Germany and Mexico.

The proud Iranian native, who refers to himself as ‘The Sheik’ of professional wrestling, has worked hard to perfect the execution of his excruciating Camel Clutch finisher. Ali is confident his trademark submission hold will terrorise his competition in 4FW South East and has made a vow to dispose of his long time rival Owen Phoenix and regain the 4FW Junior Heavyweight Championship at Fusion 2015.

The main event for 4FW Fusion 2015, being held at the Hawkinge Community Centre on 24 January 2015, will see former TNA Star and British wrestling ambassador Doug Williams take on Japanese legend Koji Kanemoto.

A record only equaled by another lengendary Japanese wrestler, Jushin Liger.

Tiger Ali vs. Owen Phoenix

At 4FW Fusion 2015 two young competitors go head to head in what guarantees to be a fast paced, high flying contest for the 4FW Junior Heavyweight Championship. Many parallels can be drawn between the careers of Tiger Ali and Owen Phoenix, having both honed their skills at the 4FW Training facility in their teens and going on to have their first professional match at the same event.

Since then both men have been determined to outdo each other in a game of one-upmanship. Many battles have been raged between them both in and out of the ring and this once competitive rivalry has since boiled over into something more personal. In a contest in which Owen Phoenix defends his Junior Heavyweight title against his long time antagonist, this could be the one to decide who is the most dominant 4FW Junior Heavyweight Champion in its 10 year history.

'The Saviour' JD Knight vs. ?????

The former 4FW Heavyweight champion, 'The Saviour', is an extremely resourceful, hard hitting heavyweight contender and a man who theHawkinge fans simply love to hate!

Knight has put the 4FW locker room on notice as he intends to offer an open challenge to any competitor willing to face him one-on-one, who will accept the challenge?

Good to see the wrestling return to Hawkinge. Not only because it's minutes from my house but the venue is great... decent beer on sale and I can drink it in my seat? Add some quality wrestling to that and you just sold yourself four front row tickets!

I see your pic on twitter of how you expect the venue to look now that the shows are under the 4FW banner and it looks cool.
