What's the Rise and Fall of WCW like? It's on a one day sale on the Silver Vision site and I'm tempted.

Is it worth the £12.99?

ohhh nice one. Been wanting this for ages and had it in my hands today in hmv but wouldn't part with £30 for it. cheers

Easily worth it. It wasn't as good as it could have been, but disc 2 is the best dvd WWE have ever put out, no lie.

The documentary on disc 1 is a bit brief for my liking but its not bad. Disc 2 and 3 feature quite a few decent matches to be fair, I really enjoyed most of the match selections. 15 quid is about the right price to be fair.

ALL WWE DVD's are £3 in Fopp. I got me four yesterday. Including the AWA DVD, Greatest Managers, Four Horsemen. Bargain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's no wrestling DVD's in the Nottingham Fopp - gutted.

If you've got a local branch of Head (who bought out some of the former Virgin/Zavvi stores), they have a lot of cheap stuff at the moment such as Greatest Managers for a fiver and Heroes of World Class for £2.
The Invisible Boy
There doesn't seem to be any wrestling DVDs in the Manchester Fopp either, there used to be but since everything moved around they've either got rid of them or I just can't seem to find them.

It was Exeter on Tuesday. Seems as if they don't have the same deals elsewhere in the country. I plan to go back after Christmas to pick up some more tasty bargains! This was a shop which was doing entire seasons of Seinfeld for £5 in the summer.

I've purchased the Ladder Match DVD in Tesco for £8. Was surprised to see them doing a sale on their WWE DVDs, but I saw that, Wrestlemania 23, and the Rey Mysterio one all in there for £8. Apparently Undertaker's latest 3 disc set was in there for £8 too.

ive noticed that trend as of late, before xmas the shelves were stocked full of them but now they seem to just pick a few and scatter them, annoying really
The Invisible Boy
Yeah in the CEX in Manchester they seem to have had the same selection now since before Christmas. I have picked up TNA Asylum Years, TNA Year 1 and WWE Tagged Classics Best of Raw Volume 1 & 2 from Amazon for bargain prices though with Christmas money and just received the Best of Raw one this morning in the post, hoping at least one of the others turn up in the post tomorrow too but I'm not going to get my hopes up on that one. The Asylum dvd was about £10 including postage (half the price of it's hefty £20 price tag in HMV), TNA Year 1 for about £5 or £6 including postage (I know it's a few years old now but I haven't seen it in any of the HMVs around here and it was always one I wanted so I see it as a good bargain) and the Raw one for £12 including postage (again I've never seen that in any of the HMVs around here and it's another DVD I've always wanted so I'm happy getting it for that price when all of the Tagged Classics seem to be around the £20 price).

The Southampton store is better than it was a few months back but nothing spectacular, just a few random PPV's. There are about 30 copies of Night of Champions 2008 so that's definately the place to go if you're looking for that show. wink.gif
