Maybe this will catch on, or perhaps not.

A thread to post wrestling DVD bargains that you have seen on the web or on the highstreet.

Ok, I'll get the ball rolling.

This is one of the best deals I have seen for some time:

WWE Monday Night War / Raw 10th Anniversary / Best Of IC Title - Special Triple DVD boxset only £6.99 at Choices.co.uk

Bargain!

This takes me back to the tremendous days of going into Missing Records and getting some wrestling cheap.

"Pro Wrestling Tape Hunt in Scotland"~!~!~

But apart from that, the cheapest wrestling I've clocked have been at carboots. They generally go for £4 a pop.
ukedge87
Just having a look on CEX website and its cheap for WWE DVDs.

£8 for Hulk Hogan Anthology!
Gossy
Looking at that CEX place now, RVD's DVD for £3!...still overpriced wink.gif

This title made me chuckle - 'WWE Most Incredible Steel Cage Machine'
Quote_the_raven_nevermore
The annoying thing with CEX is they dont sell online. You have to go to the specific store that its stocked in... Otherwise id have a field day!
ukedge87
Some of the titles they do sell online don't they? Its just most of them aren't on stuck online.

Isn't Cex a second hand shop?
ukedge87
Yes I believe so, along the lines of Cash Convertors.

It gives poor people money for things they nick out of their mates flats, i.e. DVDs, computer hardware etc.

Just looking on Virgin's website and they have a couple of WWE DVD's reduced by a few pounds.

Woolworths are also offering similar priced WWE DVDs, WWE wholesalers must have some sort of deal going on.
ukedge87

What about wrestling bargains that you've received?

I brought WrestleMania X-7 on DVD for 5 pound from Cash Converters. Double disc and perfectly mint condition - a great find for a title thats now deleted and also considered the greatest PPV ever.

Anyone planning to go to Great Yarmouth (WAW Show?) should check out Regent Roads countless shops with cheap DVDs, T-Shirts etc. Saw ECW DVDs at £1.99 in some of them.

Yep in my local woolies the other I noticed:

Roddy Piper 3-Disk and Hogan 4-Disk for about £13
McMahon 2-Disk and Foley 2-Disk for about £9
A couple of WWE PPVs for £7
WWE Hall Of Fame 2-Disk for about £6

Thats cheapest they are going for at the mo. Quite a steal for the Hall Of Fame DVD.

I too got the Hogan and Piper sets from Woolworths last week.

Another I saw in there was the Hardy Boyz 3 disc Ultimate Insiders set for a bargain £5.
Looks like it is the latest Big Vision DVD release after Woolworths have already sold Hardcore Homecoming, Forever Hardcore and XPW After The Fall

Is that just one big shoot interview?

Thanks.
dopper
Disc 1 is a 3 hours shoot with the Hardy Boyz.
Disc 2 is a 2-3 hour shoot with Jeff Hardy.
Disc 3 is a 2-3 hour shoot with Matt Hardy.

Footage of them at home, early trampoline matches, promos from their teenage years, and a few early indy matches (with new commentary by Matt & Jeff) are scattered among the 3 discs as extras.

And each menu has one of Jeff's shit songs playing, 10 in total.
