I love Tiger '07 too - except for the fact that it won't let me play it online anymore.... Legacy is a tad disappointing - but I'm still cracking on with it now and again - and I haven't had any problems with Raw v Smackdown.

In other news - Game online now has HD DVD players in again, and mine's expected by the end of the week! Woohoo!

Star Trek Legacy was dissapointing.

Not really noticed that.... I have two items that still haven't unlocked. One is the club you get for reaching the 100% complete mark on the game, and another one is a shirt that according to the official x-box 360 forums is glitched and simply won't unlock. Apparently though the good news is that this doesn't effect the game-complete percentage.....

I only need four trophy balls now. I've done 44 out of the required 50 tournaments for one - I only have two more courses to get all of my par five eagles on. Then the 100% complete ball and the collect every trophy ball ball should complete my set!

My mate just got this the other day and we had a good old sesh on it... Fucking sweet... We were only playing the story mode, but I've heard that the online mode is awesome - you taken it out for a spin on Live yet?

I'm taking in Gears of War & Tiger Woods and getting GRAW II & Crackdown.

Thats not really a very good deal though is it.

Yes it is considering they also take into account that if the game you're taking in is worth more as an exchange and actually brings the price of the game you want down even more.

For example, I took back Gears of War Special Edition & Tiger Woods 07 and managed to get GRAW 2 & Crackdown for £24.

Both of these games are priced at £37.99, so I got £25.99 exchange rate for each of the games I took back.

If I had gone to CEX, GRAW 2 is priced at £38 & Crackdown at £35. The exchange rate for Gears of War is £24 & Tiger Woods £18. So the games would have cost me £30.

That might only be a £6 saving, but the games at CEX are used, I got them brand new.

How do I connect my XBox to my modem for live play?
Please be aware I am a tool when it comes to stuff like this. (Even more so than JTTS)

I have Wanadoo/Orange broadband which is not wireless. I use a Speedtouch USB modem.

The Ethernet cable provided does not fit anywhere aside from the back of the Xbox. Reading some of this thread I understand I can buy a USB/Ethernet converter cable which will then able to to connect it to my PC.

Is this correct?

3 Red Rings?? READ THIS!
what your Xbox360 is trying to tell you when you get the three rings of light. There is a code that will flash if you hold down the "Synch" button (White button near the memory slot) and press the DVD Eject button. You will notice the quadrant of lights illuminate and each time you press the eject button you will get a different code.

It breaks down to this:

All four lights illuminate = 0
One Light = 1
Two Lights = 2
Three Lights = 3

Example:

Turn on your "dead" xbox. Wait for the 3 red lights. Once you get them hold the "Synch" button and the eject button down simultaniously. All four lights flash. (0) Press the eject button again and only one light (1) press again and all four light up (0) press again and two lights (2). Error code is 0102. compare this code to the table below to find out what is wrong with your X360. Is it overheating? Power Cord? Hardware?

The Code I got is 0102 which means the computer does not know the problem as it is not hardware or heating or anything like that. Could be dust, loose solder or static! I use a can of compressed air and my X360 IS BACK!!!!!! I do not know for how long but I played last night for several hours and had not one Hiccup. This after a whole week of the dreaded RINGS OF DEATH!!

OVER HEATING PREVENTION SUGGESTIONS

Do not put the Xbox 360 console near any heat source, such as a radiator, a heat register, a stove, or an amplifier.
