Incidentally I am making around £100 a week at the moment laying favourites on Betfair which is a wonderful wonderful thing, sadly I have turned into some sort of hermit gambler..

Oh. I want to make money on betfair! So far, after about 3 months of gambling on it, I'm about £50 up. Most of my profit comes from backing the top few favourites on golf. I'm down on the horses. I rarely lay though, always backing. Maybe that's why I'm losing.

I've put a tenner on Newcastle and a tenner on Liverpool.

I put 2 quid on Donny last night, but then layed it off after the first goal What a game that was.

I doubt you'll get much for that, they're probably all the faves. Still, I'm gona put the same bet on later probably.

just do liverpool and manchester united.....but beware of the matchesd in the cup as you never know what strengh teams they will put out

Wigan aren't faves, they're at about 2/1 I think.

I'd back Liverpool to win to nil. Can't see Sunderland having any chance of scoring.

Sampdoria should beat Hertha Berlin in the UEFA cup.

I never touch Carling Cup games, even with teams like Man U and Liverpool involved it's still too hit and miss in regards to the strength of team they field and how seriously they take it.

If your really insistent of puting it on, i'd swap Bolton for Wigan and put on a bigger stake

Carling Cup im leaving well alone tonight. I'd fancy Wigan at home to an Owenless N'Castle. (they clearly struggled against Everton without him) but then youngsters will be playing and it will all go belly.

Tonight i've just got a tenner single on Sampdoria (again, like Stylin it seems like a banker to me with too high odds)

Tomorrow i've got a £10 double on Marseille & Roma

Roma are away to Crvena Zvezda which you'd have to expect them to win.

Not much of a great price for that so either going to double up with Shakthar Donetsk (away to Rennes) or a small treble with Marseille.

I don't like the premiership fixtures today, not much worth betting on! I've put a tenner on arsenal to win, and a tenner on chelsea to win 1 or 2 - nil.

Couldnt see much worth betting on today.

Man Utd, Spurs, Liverpool and Chelsea should all win but I'm not prepared to risk an acca at the low odds.

I've just taken Watford to beat Brighton at 1.78 on Betfair.

I like Reading at 4/6 to beat Luton, other than that the teams that should win have pretty crap odds, such as:

Man Utd, Chelsea, Gretna.

I've also put a couple of quid on Liverpool/draw & the other way round Wigan/draw for this afternoons game both at 14/1.

Falkirk for a draw with Rangers is a good shout at 3/1 and if you are especially brave 7/1 for a win is a cracking price.

Aberdeen to draw with Celtic may also be worth a small bet.

At 2-0 mins i got £20 on no more goals in the L'pool game.

£40 on Spurs winning by 2 goals or more. Then smaller bets on the likes of Plymouth/Coventry draw, Watford by 1 goal or more, Mido/Gray to tie goalwise (on 0), and a few on Palace to try and jinx em!

Changing topic. If anyone follows Greyhound Racing. Driving Up Rob is looking awesome to pick up the Essex Vase around Romford. Was nearly a whole second faster then Solid Money last night in the 2nd round and has landed a pretty handy draw in the Semi's.

Tinopener looks like a good e/w bet at 12's or bigger as well. Should qualify for the final in his Semi and can always be laid off after.
