Was watching some old DVDs I made last night and came across a match with Jericho & Victoria v Rey & Trish where Jenna Jameson was the ring announcer and Al Snow and the Coach were doing the commentary. What was the story behind this?? Was it at a porn convention/awards show or something else as it wasnt a normal WWE event it took place at.

Lexx, a female wrestler (and semi-frequent poster on these boards) allowed her then-partner to photograph her in a compromising situation. Said douche then made the photo public and it has done the rounds since, before the forum sided with her and agreed not to mention it again.

Can anyone please help me find a singles match that took place in the original ECW?

It was from a show released on video, probably a PPV, and I think it's from 1999/2000 time. There was a raised entrance ramp that lead right to the ring, WCW style. There was at least one metal rubish bin filled with weapons already set up for the match and prbably some other weapons like a ladder as well. During the match (I think I've only watched the one math from the show) the commentators (I'm thinking/guessing Joey and Cyrus) argued and one walked out (I'm guessing Joey). I *think* RVD was one half of ther match, but I'm not 100%.

Any help/suggestion is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Weren't they supposed to have a hard-hitting bout in Japan (Must have been 2001-02'ish)? However Savage ended up "injured", and he was replaced by Rick Steiner.

They definately didn't have a bout in WCW.

Sounds like you're on about the Tommy Dreamer vs Lance Storm weapons match from Hardcore Heaven '99 (as well as rubbish bins, there were tables and ladders already set up). If I remember correctly, Cyrus ran out to the ring towards the end of the match and got involved (and got Bronco Bustered by Francine )

Yesterday, I watched some of the Multi Tag Survivor Series Tag Match from the 2nd Annual Survivor Series, up til I think where the Young Stallions got eliminated and then fell asleep and was strange seeing the PoP as daces, but also getting a huge Face pop into the bargain.

So, why and when did they turn them heel and subsequently not turn them face again before or, indeed after they split.

Was this because Legion of Doom, were in negotiations/ or had signed come around split time, too many power and paint wrestlers, Backstage politics. Demolitions change to faces or what?

How long were they faces too?

The Roadies didn't come in for almost another 2 years.

I think it was because the Demos were so over as faces, even in a heel role.

They turned at the end of that match, although it was a bit confusing. It came down to Powers of Pain vs Demolition & Conquistadors. Mr Fuji (managing Demolition) intentionally opened the ropes with his cane and Smash fell through them and got counted out. Ax and Smash game Fuji a bit of a pasting and left.

Powers of Pain then leave the ring themselves and help Fuji up. Meanwhile, the Conquistadors are jumping for joy in the ring thinking they've won. With Fuji now in the corner of the PoP, they re-etner the ring and win the match. Afterwards, they parade Fuji around on their shoulders.

Demolition then return and have a brawl with the PoP.

End result: Powers of Pain turn heel, Demolition turn face and Fuji stays heel. Although the way it appeared on the PPV, it did look a bit like Fuji had turned face to manage the PoP.

Yeah watched the rest of it last night.. it did look like a Fuji Face Turn, When Demolition came out again at the end they were getting booed whilst PoP were getting cheers.

Iam still bemused that PoP were faces, until that match, id always know them as Heels.

Also who were the conquistadors in that match?

There was a few moves in there thatd id not seen that early in the WWF, Dynamite Kid Tombstone, Romas Frankly amazing standing, jumping to top turnbuckle cross body, Jannettys Hip Toss reversal. and Conquistadors 360 dive from the top turnbuckle
