He's currently recovering from surgery on a torn pec. He's been appointed trainer at FCW in the meantime, not clear if he will remain there once he's recovered though. He's still got a profile on wwe.com, but I can't see what they'd do with him creatively post SES.

Question for the MMA fans, I used to have a video what a friend of mine copied for me what he'd bought from the tape traders back in the day. It was a UFC PPV from New Years Eve 2001 ( I think ) and it was pretty much a best of type deal showing fights from all the shows which werent clipped from what I can remember so you had a couple of fights from each one. It was on for about 5/6 hours or something like that, anyway I'm just wondering if anyone knows the proper name for said show so I can try and find it to download as it was awesome.
Cheers

Thats the one, cheers.
Looking into it they did this up until 2004 from what I've managed to find. The show I had was definitely New Years Eve 2001 come to think about it as I left school in the Summer of 2002 and I got it while there so when I named it 1993-2002 it was just the lead up to 02.
I've had a bit of a search round for a download link for the 2001 show but the only one I could find was the 2003 version but from reading the description its the same type of deal going from UFC1 till 2004, hopefully it still has the fights I had on my video.
Cheers once again

It was Lazza Z, Mr. Wonderful, Arn Anderson and Terry Funk. They feuded with nWo squad of Bret, Jarrett, Kev and Scotty Steiner for about 4 days (a Nitro and a Thunder). They formed together because the nWo kidnapped Arn Anderson and tortured him for days. Scott Steiner even poured coffee on him. It was a lark. Funk then in turned kidnapped Jeff Jarrett and they had a swap. The nWo got the worse deal, as far as I'm concerned. They should have kept Double A, if nothing other than to continue to pour Maxwell House on.

They were around about early 2000, it was Funk, Orndorff, Arn, and Zybyssko. I really can't remember much about it other than it leading to the Funk vs Nash ppv match (which may or may not have been for the "President" role).

I'm not sure about the date or anything, but it was definitely at Elks Lodge in NYC.
But anyway, I have a question related to the ECW Arena. Back when I used to get all my stuff off of traders, Outcast Video (remember them?) had an On The Road type shoot with Rob Feinstein (I think) and a couple of other people, possibly Gabe Sapolsky. I remember reading said description of the video and it mentions that they take a tour around the ECW Arena, going behind the scenes and discussing the Arena's most famous moments from where they happened.
Anyone know the shoot I'm on about and more importantly, know how I can go about obtaining a copy? Ta.

They dont take a tour or anything. They are just sitting at a table. Doug Gentry and Gabe Sapolsky are quite inslightful and tell some top stories about ECW back then. Whats cool is that Gentry and Sapolsky are so humble about the time they spent in ECW and happy to have been there, so it doesnt come across like usual ECW personalities shoots. Rob Feinstein doesnt seem to know what the fucks going on, which is odd since its his video. He keeps getting corrected by Sapolsky.

Hmmm, I don't think it's the one I'm after then. The one I seen many moons ago
definitely describes how they take a tour around the old ECW Arena, like standing in the Eagles Nest discussing the night Tommy Dreamer was thrown off it and so on. It has to be out there somewhere. A quick search on XWT and PWT has yielding nothing, although I am downloading Feinstein's 2009 shoot.

Every video I've seen of his, Feinstein doesn't have a clue what he's on about. He doesn't even write his own questions, does he? It's like he gets them from messageboard suggestions or something. The amount of times in a video he'll ask a question and the interviewee says "What? That didn't happen. Do you mean the time in ______ when __________?" and Feinstein will just go "Uhhhhhh.... I don't know. I guess memories of working with Tracy Smothers?"
The_BarbarIAN

Feinstein never knows what he's talking about, but if its actually his own shoot interview with questions about himself, he must be really thick if he cant answer his own "what are your memories ..." quiz.

It was sold to The Fight Network for a pretty tasty sum (I believe), but then The Fight Network ended up going under some time later. After the buyout, they ran TWC rather poorly, with loads of re-runs and crappy programming and things just began to slide.

What matches have taken place at both a Starcade and a Wrestlemania? I can think of Ric Flair Vs Randy Savage (Starcade '95 and Wrestlemania 8).
The only other close one I can think of off the top of my head is Steiners Vs Wild Samoans (Samoan Savage & Fatu) at the Starcade with the tournament and Steiners Vs Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) at Mania 9.
Are there any others or any other close ones? I know I could Wiki this but I am throwing it out there for a bit of fun.

Good question, I can't find any other exact instances but a close one would be Hogan v Piper who headlined Starrcade 1996 and they also faced each other at WrestleMania 1 teaming with Mr T and Paul Orndorff.
Billy Kidman & Rey Mysterio faced eachother as part of a 3 way at Starrcade 1998 and then were in a multi-person match at WrestleMania XX (but I can't remember if they were in the ring at the same time though).
